    There is a two vehicle maximum per reservation. Parking spots are not assigned.
    The Home Owners Association does not allow motorcycles, scooters, trailers, or golf carts on the property.
    This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.

    Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
    This rental is located on floor 3.

    Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

    Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice condo

Nice condo next to beach. Was clean on the surface but when we moved sofa table there was stuff from previous tenants under it. We had to buy a broom because there wasn't one. Also no blow dryer. I would definitely go back. Perfect for two small families.

The unit was clean and roomy. The small amenities like sugar/salt/shampoo came in very useful. A 1 min. walk to the beach was awesome and we felt safe in the area at all times. Good value.

Terrible experience!!!!

After getting a late start to checkout (completely on me) the housekeeper knocks on the door to inform me it’s checkout time (this was before 11am) which was the time I saw when I booked on the app (maybe I was mistaken but I doubt it) either way I informed her I was told a diff time & let her know I would be out shortly, we were getting our bags together, she left & returned 15 mins later with her “manager” on the phone. Once I got on the phone with the manager (Alexis) she was screaming & her tone was very rude telling me I was rude to her worker when in fact I just explained to her worker that we had diff information on the checkout time. Alexis then screamed @ me into the phone that if I wasn’t out before 12, I would be charged $200 additional dollars. I informed her that if she needed to charge me because I was in fact late to checkout, then she could, it wasn’t an issue. Alexis then showed up 20-30 mins later with the police! Even After I let her know we were almost out & just Tidying up & that she could charge the card if necessary. Alexis showed up in person with the worst attitude & being very unprofessional after already screaming at me on the phone. The police were kind & allowed me 15 mins to gather everything & leave but I was threatened with a trespassing charge beforehand. It was very tra

property was great! close to the beach. nice pool too. had a little trouble getting the door to lock one day, but that was the only occasion. IF i were coming to Myrtle Beach again, would definitely stay here again. i was just not that impressed with Myrtle Beach. it was super busy, but i can understand why since it was the week before the fourth of July & we’re coming off the pandemic.

Dripping Wet

No washcloths, 6 bath towels, no hand towels, no dish cloth or dish towels. One roll of t.p. No hair dryer as promised on website. Had to purchase these items last minute. Unclear as to what amenities were available to us and the location of amenities(laundromat, etc.). Place was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Easy like Sunday morning!

Beautiful condo, sparkling clean! Relaxed vacation right on the beach with close-by amenities… What could be better? Great wide sandy beach — with a pool, too! Condo is modern with nice furnishings, new appliances and baths. Layout is perfect for families or couples with a separate wing For each bedroom.

Great Getaway

The listing on VRBO is exactly what we saw online. The condominium was bright, cheery, clean and well cared for. The location was excellent and I loved that it was a 3 story so I could easily walk the stairs and avoid the elevator if I chose. I would highly recommend this rental to my friends. It was a great getaway!

Enjoyed our stay!

My fiancé and I stayed here during a trip to visit my parents who recently moved to Myrtle. We chose this place primarily based on location as it was a short walking distance to my families’ home. The condo is huge and could easily accommodate 2 couples or 2 small families. My nieces are young so it was nice to have a pool when the beach got too hot. Overall great stay, and a lot of bang for your buck. Thank you!

Perfect stay, especially now!

We loved everything! It was homey and inviting, AND so close to the beach. The condo was perfectly clean, the way we like it. The place felt like home, but just different enough to be the change we needed. Thank for making our time away from home comfortable, inviting, relaxing, and SAFE.
