I was not satisfied with this booking. The process for verification of ID is very extreme. Upon arrival the bathrooms were clean! The chairs in the unit were broken and unable to sit in. We notified the owner but nothing was done about it. The TV did not work. There was a black spider crawling in the pillow case and several of the properties amenities was not available, like the hot tubs were broken, and the pool bar was shutdown due to some legal issues we were unaware of. The best thing about this is the location and the oceanfront view. We spent most if our time on the balcony when we were at the so called resort. They had a poolside DJ Saturday and Sunday DJ Mario thank you for making my stay here bearable and adding some entertainment for the guest! This unit needs a complete renovation!
