Brought to you by Luxury Beach Rentals. This two story waterfront condo is the largest unit in the resort! The Marina is a AAA Four Diamond Resort on the beautiful intracoastal waterway. Enjoy beautiful waterfront views and watch the boats go by from 3 balconies! You will feel right at home in this one of a kind, two story 3 bedroom 3.5 bath condo with large open kitchen, flat screen TVs, washer and dryer, spacious living room and 3 private balconies giving plenty of room for you and your guests to enjoy your Myrtle Beach vacation. All 3 bedrooms are master suites with private bathrooms, one on the main floor and the other two on the 2nd floor.



Located in the esteemed Golden Mile area of Myrtle Beach, the resort offers a prime central location with easy access to all local attractions, shopping, dining, and entertainment. The property features a vast array of amenities, including a large outdoor pool, two hot tubs, an indoor pool, and a fitness center equipped with a sauna.

Not as expected

The overall property was very nice. Spacious rentai. But not able to use shuttle to beach since we booked via VRBO. Also, had air conditioning issues on lower level (too hot and thermostat kept clicking all night long), water in one shower took 15 minutes to heat up, on 2nd to last day lost power in one bathroom (they were unable to fix), bedroom tv upstairs didnt have live tv and we were under the impression there was a pull out couch but there wasnt. We are waiting on a 10% credit for the tv issues but the other issues were not addressed when we asked for a further refund.

70th birthday celebration

5days, 4 nights of just girls fun to celebrate a 70th birthday. Good food, wine and great companions made this milestone birthday great. Although the Marina Inn staff wasn't obligated to assist us, they were very courteous and extended their services to us, since we were known by most of the valets from previously patronizing this resort. Marina Inn at Grande Dunes are great rooms, but this was exceptional. I have no complaints about the property, management or the resort at all. Looking forward to returning next year.

51st Birthday Celebration

The condo was so beautiful!! It was just as pictured. It was immaculate, fully furnished and absolutely gorgeous. The staff, especially Joseph, Matthew and Jason, provided excellent service. Very pleasant experience!

Best Myrtle Beach Stay Yet

The property is absolutely amazing. The actual condo is larger than you would ever imagine. All bedrooms have a private balcony and their own bathroom. Decor is welcoming and pleasant. The check in process was simple and took no time at all. Everyone I communicated with was nice and very helpful. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice stay at a quiet place with plenty of room. Location is also perfect the property is not too far from any of the local attractions.

Christmas Vacation

The condo was everything it said it was on line. It was a great amount of space for our family, especially with two teenage boys for 7 days. You could definitely have more than 4 people. The property was well maintained and I appreciated I could get Starbucks on site on the days I wanted coffee. The place had everything we needed and I did appreciate the large open space in the living room. We were able to play games, hang out and watch tv comfortably.

Family Vacation

Amazing Place. The master suite is HUGE! All bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are very large as well. Very very happy with our stay. Hotel Staff was great and the pool and beach is very convenient. Highly recommend this place we will be back soon!

Very pleased overall!

The property is terrific and very well maintained. The unit that we stayed in was pristine overall. Our only suggestion is for an improvement in the facility's public eating spaces. With the exception of the outside Tiki Bar and the Anchor Café, acceptable dining was quite limited for an establishment such as The Grand Dunes -- especially for dinner.

Overall very nice

It was a long walk from reception. Not all bathrooms had soap, no replacement toilet paper, one small roll of paper towels and the fireplace in living room didn’t work, I didn’t try the second fireplace. Other than that it was super!!!
