Enjoy some rest and relaxation at this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in Myrtle Beach! This condo is located minutes from the Myrtlewood Golf course and 1 mile from the beach and has everything you need for your stay. Your vacation in Myrtle Beach will surely be one you remember!

The highlight of this property includes its close proximity to the beach, golf courses, and many of the other exciting places Myrtle Beach has to offer. In addition to Myrtlewood Golf Course, Pine Lakes Country Club, Whispering Pines, and Grande Dunes Golf Club are all within a short distance. BROADWAY AT THE BEACH located less than 2 miles from this condo, is one of Myrtle's top attractions and features dozens of shops, gourmet restaurants, amusement rides, and WonderWorks, which is a must see.

Myrtlewaves Water Park, Pirate's Adventure, The Alabama Theatre, and the Broadway Grande Prix are just a few of the many attractions located near by!

The master bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom features 2 twin sized beds, as well as a trundle bed. Both bedrooms feature flat screen TV's with cable, with a larger flat screen TV in the living room for guests to enjoy after a long day of activities! Great Rental for Volleyball Tournament

We travel year round for our daughter's volleyball tournaments. This was a great rental in a perfect location for the annual SC Grand Prix volleyball tournament at the convention center. Condo was well stocked. Adequate parking. Renters should be aware that you have no control over the temperature in this rental. The temp was set to 76 when we arrived. This was way too warm. We could not sleep the first night. We sent a message to the owner on the second day requesting that the temperature be lowered to 72 through our stay. Owner promptly lowered the temperature to 72. Overall this was a great rental and we would stay here again.

Sliding glass door was off track and sink and dishwasher would drain very slowly. By the end of the week they wouldn’t drain at all. The only number available was not maintenance and couldn’t contact anyone to notify them of the issue. Exhaust fan in primary bathroom also did not work

Wifi Internet didn't work the whole stay. There was a frog looking at me as soon as i open the door. Other than that everything was cool.

Stayed here during our family trip. The location was perfect, parking right outside the condo made it easy with the baby. The condo could use some updates but was fine. The cleaning can be better, the floors were not very clean at all. We brought our crawling infant and she would end up with black hands, knees and feet. Maybe leave some extra toilet paper, we are a family of 5 and the rolls were not new. Everything else was great, communication was perfect. The pool was close and very clean.

Great place to stay

The location is close to everything. The pools were not open. They where going to open up in the middle of April. The place needed new sheets. Every morning I would wake up sleeping on the rubber sheet instead of the cloth one

Nice location

This condo was located in a great place. It was 2 minutes from Broadway at the Beach. 10 minutes from Barefoot Landing. The neighborhood was quiet. The condo was just the right size for myself, my spouse and child. The pool was small but there are several located on the property so it was not crowded. Anna was great at communicating with us about check in and check out. We had to contact her about the washer/dryer and she answered us pretty quickly. The only issue I had was if people were staying above us it sounded like rhinos walking above. You’ll have that in any condo. If we came again, I’d stay here for sure.

Perfect Getaway

This is a lovely two bedroom two bath ground level exceptionally clean condo very convenient to everything in Myrtle Beach. You will not be disappointed. Our stay was perfection.

We visited for my daughter's dance nationals and definitely made us feel welcome and at home. Great spacious condo with everything you could need. Great neighborhood. Owner was readily available for communication. If we visit area again would totally book and recommend.

Attractive & convenient

I live in Myrtle beach & rented this villa for my sister, her son & his wife who were in town for a family wedding. The location is very close to me so it worked out well for us. They enjoyed the outside deck & the swimming pool. It worked quite well for our needs.

Great Location

The property was very clean and in a great location if you are looking for things to do while you are there. The place had a nice pool and if you didn’t like the pool too much you have the beach about 2 miles away as well. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and the price was great as well.
