New spacious 1 bdr condo located in the heart of Myrtle Beach at River Oaks Golf & Tennis Resort. Recently remodeled all new appliances, wood flooring and decor. Amazing golf course view, impeccable grounds just steps to the pool and 27 amazing golf holes with many golf courses surround you. Just 2 miles from shopping Costco and Walmart. Just a short distance on 501 to Myrtle beaches, most amazing beaches! This warm and cozy condo will provide long lasting memories…winter rentals welcome. Condo is on the 3rd top floor. No elevator access. Myrtle Beach is not required elevator access for 3 floors and less.

Nice golf course condo in Myrtle Beach!

The condo was in a good location; close to beaches and area attractions. Also a good spot for family visiting students at Coastal Carolina. Unit was clean and owners included nice touches with the amenities. Would recommend this condo for 2 people visiting the Myrtle Beach area!

Nice!

Overall, it was a good stay. the only downside was that it was on the third floor, and it was difficult to drug our luggage up two flights of stairs. We are 78 years old, and one of us has had recent knee surgery.

This property was convenient to shopping. Walmart and Costco close by. Right on a golf course. It is 3 floors up with no elevator so keep that in mind. The condo over looks a pool that is not open for swimming because of construction next door. We stayed 6 nights 7 days and there was no dishliquid to wash dishes, only 1 dishcloth, 1 garbage bag. Had to get ahold of property manager to get more supplies. This rental is great for a night or two not long term. The bed is extremely hard and there were no casserole dishes for someone like me that likes to cook.

Not as advertised

At first the communication with the host seemed great. But an hour away from our arrival we still had not heard from anyone. Upon arrival, we found out pretty quickly this place was not as advertised at all. I am 7 months pregnant and had 2 kids with me, carrying all of our stuff and walking up 3 flights of stairs was not an easy task. No mention of it being on the 3rd floor. The biggest reason we booked this place was the pool viewable from the balcony. The condo next door burned down SEPTEMBER 2022 and the pool has been closed since then. Absolutely no mention of that. The pool was literally brown. Disgusting. I wish I could post pictures on here to warn others. Whoever the cleaner is for this place needs to be fired. Our feet were completely black walking around on the floor. Master bed had hair on the pillows. Pull out bed was clearly NOT washed- crumbs and hair all over the sheets. We pulled out silverware that had food crusted onto it. The balcony was wet and sticky and the chair cushions were filled with sand and rocks. The only dresser is broken. We open the one usable drawer and the previous renters clothes were still inside. The bed is hard as a rock. Thermostat is locked and you are stuck with the temp they have it at. 1 roll of toilet paper for a family of 4 for 5 days. One night a security officer came and beat on our door and the neighbors at 1am- we did not answer so have no idea why but that is just absurd. This place is not what it seems at all.

If you need a place to get away for a few days, this location is great. It is very peaceful, and quiet. It is a very cozy and clean. It is a great location not far away from different attractions and restaurants we love coming here to get away and within a week of arrival management reached out to us to let us know that everything is all set for our arrival, and we could not wait and thank you guys for everything

We enjoy our stay. The location was very convenient for our stay. The River Oaks area is very nice. The condo was clean and comfortable. The owner was very responsive to our questions and needs.

Comfy clean condo w/ a view

Nice condo in a convenient location. Modern and clean. Great view of the pool, pond and golf course from the large living room sliding doors. Has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Host was very kind and accommodating.

Perfect Condo

Beautiful place in a great location. Host was super helpful and made sure everything we needed was there. Place was immaculate. Golfer’s dream as you are literally on a golf course w/ 2 down the street. Hope to stay here again!

Baseball tournament

This property was just as it looked in the pictures and even better! Extremely clean and perfect for our 4 day stay… we were in Myrtle beach for a baseball tournament at Ripken which was really easy to get to and within 5 minutes. We would definately stay here again!
