    • Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
    • A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.

    • No House Parties or Groups Under 25
    • Ocean Blue strictly prohibits motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, roof racks, or cargo carriers on any vehicle
    • Check-in is between 4 PM and 6 PM. We make every effort to have your property available by 4 PM, but delays can occur
    • Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please contact us for specific dates and availability


    All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Great location. Great space.

We stayed here with our adult children, so had a group of 9. The space was clean and spacious, with great access to the pools and beach. The patio was a bonus that overlooked the beach and the location was within walking distance to several good restaurants.

I’d like to discuss compensation for less than adequate accommodations in room 501. No water pressure in the master bedroom shower and the water took 10 minutes to warm up. Lumpy king mattress. One of the queen beds had a divet down the middle and our guests did not sleep well.Electrical outlets by the kitchen sink did not work. There was no cookie sheet for the oven. Mold was found in one of the coffee pot reservoirs. We definitely left the condo cleaner than we found it. Thank you.

Great experience

This property was nicely furnished, clean and worked well for our family. The large balcony overlooking the ocean was great. Also, the common areas of the building were well maintained and clean. We will definitely consider returning here.

Perfect for mutiple families

There was more than enough room for our 3 families (5 adults, 4 children) to stay. The two sitting areas allowed for the adults and children to have some separate space and the large kitchen table allowed for us to all eat together. We had a wonderful time and hope to use the same unit in the future!

Perfect Family Getaway

Our family of 6 adults and 5 children under 6 had an amazing time at Ocean Blue. Everything was as advertised or even better. The large open room to the patio overlooking the beach was so useful and the kids loved it. Two fridges, ovens and dishwashers were amazing. It was truly a blessing that the suite could comfortably fit our whole family!

Nice condo!

Very nice condo with easy beach & pool access. Had a few things that needed attention during our stay and maintenance came quickly. The only negative was the condo was missing a few necessary kitchen items (cookie sheet, scissors, muffin). Would rent again!

Great Condo Right on the Ocean

We had a get time. Condo was excellent. 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. Enough room for the entire family. Condo had two separate main areas so the kids/grandkids could watch TV or play games and adults could watch something different.

A wonderful time and great place to stay

We traveled to Mytle Beach from New England in a 15 hour 12 passenger van with 9 people. Although the on-line description was excellent, you always worry the actual condo would fall short. From the on-line reservation to the on-site Property manager, everything was exactly as presented.The rooms, the spaces within the condo and the view was very awesome and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. The text communication was very efficient and very responsive when we needed clarification or had a question. I travel alot and do not always feel like I was on vacation, but this condo, the process and the people were just plain excellent and we had the very best time!

Beautiful, spacious condo

The condo itself was gorgeous and better than we expected! The rooms were spacious, very clean, beds were comfortable with wonderful bedding, bathrooms were clean and a nice size, we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The two living rooms were a great bonus -- kids enjoyed movies in one and adults gathered in the other. Regarding the building, beach access was not ideal. The only access to the beach is through the pool area which is locked at 10:00 PM to at least 7:00 AM, sometimes later. We walked approximately half a block either direction to public beach access to enjoy the sunrise or stay late on the beach. Parking was also not ideal. We had 2 parking spaces for a 5 bedroom condo. Parking on the street was metered.

Our group of 10 stayed here and overall enjoyed our stay very much. We loved our view and being able to watch the ocean from our balcony every day was amazing.Check-in was simple and the management company did a good job with sending the necessary information prior to our stay. The condo was clean and welcoming, with plenty of space for our group. There was also a roll-away bed which was much appreciated. The kitchen was pretty well equipped (more baking sheets would be nice). There were a few issues with the refrigerators. Neither's ice maker or water worked and one of the refrigerator's froze food in the fridge section, which had to be thrown away. The dishwashers are also old, and despite our being careful to pre-rinse and not overload, both of them did not clean very well.The bedrooms were clean and had comfortable linens. However, all of the beds (except for the twin over full bunk) were extremely high. It was almost comical to try to climb into the bed. Some of those in our group had limited mobility so this was a bit difficult. Also, the toilets were unusually low, again not ideal for someone with limited mobility (although nice for young children).We have stayed in this condo complex before and find the pools, hot tub, and lazy river to be well taken care of. It is especially nice to have some of the pools be inside in the shade so that you can get out of the sun. The beach is just a short walk down the path, with direct access from the pool level.

Mother's Family Vacation

This was our first time renting a property like this and it was great. You cannot beat being on the beach. We like having two refrigerators, multiple bedrooms, large living room area and the balcony over looking the beach. Everyone loved it especially my mother. The only problem was how small the parking spaces are if you're driving a SUV or larger SUV and parked beside another vehicle. Hardly room to get out of your vehicle.

Wonderful Week in Myrtle Beach, S.C.

The condo was just as advertised, maybe better. Each family had their own living space and plenty of common space to share together! The kitchen was amazing with the two refrigerators, two ovens and two dishwashers! Would definitely rent this unit again!

May stay 2022

While the condo was very nice, plan on bringing your own hand towels and pillow cases. There were only enough pillow cases for the pillows on the bed (two each bed), no extras. No hand towels for the bathrooms was tougher. The parking is bad but that is no fault of the owners. Had a mishap with the dishwasher and we had no idea if anyone came to fix after notifying the owner. Luckily there was another dishwasher we could use. Two refrigerators is very nice. Overall a good trip!!
