While this studio does not offer ocean views, the resort’s oceanfront location means you’re only moments from breathtaking beach vistas, soothing waves, and endless coastal fun. * We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.
*This is a non-smoking condo.
*No pets allowed.
*Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am
*This unit is located on the 1st floor.
*All indoor pools are open year round, unless unscheduled maintenance is needed
*Outdoor pool is closed around November 1-April 1st
*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in
*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.
*Daily housekeeping unavailable.
*Starter bag with one roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.
*One parking pass provided in unit. No additional passes will be provided.
*Keurig style coffee maker provided in unit.
*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

**Note: Because this is a private rental and not the resort, please note rental does not include any form of front desk service or access to the Tiki Bar, Turtle Bay Cafe, Due South Restaurant, Gift Shop, Fitness Room, Guest Laundry, Front Desk, Resort Housekeeping, or Resort Maintenance. If assistance is needed during your stay, please just message us!**
- Pool disclaimer: In the rare event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.
-CPV does not guarantee specific internet speeds. If working remotely we bringing your own hot spot.
-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.
-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.

Top rated location and free parking on site for 1 vehicle. Taxis and Uber are also fast and affordable with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away.

CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID. Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.
Note: This resort is oceanfront, but our suite in the resort does not have an ocean view.
House Rules:
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times. Proof of age required.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
4. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
5. No Pets Allowed. This includes emotional support animals regardless of documentation as HOA does not allow. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.
