Many other amenities are just a close proximity. This home is located on a quiet road that has minimized traffic vs other areas of the campground. Beautiful 3 bed 2 bath stilt house. Our home sleeps up to 8 people. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and private bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with the 3rd bedroom which has full over full bunk beds with a trundle. We have a full kitchen including a Keurig and all the accessories you would need on your vacation as well as a washer and dryer. We have a large deck with outdoor seating that includes an outdoor tv just outside the master bedroom as well as a seating area under the house with a TV. The living room and all bedrooms have cable tv and we also have WIFI. There is a camera facing the parking area under the house. It does not face the outdoor entertainment area and audio is turned off. This is for your protection as well as ours. Site N78.
There is a gas grill along with grilling utensils available for your use. We ask that you clean the grill after each use.
We also have beach chairs, and sand toys available to use.
There are cleaning supplies at the house that are available to use during your stay.
WE will provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and hand soap to get you started.
NO PETS AND NO SMOKING/VAPING IN THE HOUSE.
Family friendly home, NO HOUSE PARTIES. ANY violation will result in all guests being removed from the home without a refund.
MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT and person over 25 must stay at the house the entire stay!
PARKING PASS REQUIRED in addition to our rental fee and paid to Ocean Lakes. Fee is $15 per night per car or $12 per night per car if prepaid via express pass.
Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday from Memorial Day to Labor Day. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.

Great nature center for the whole family, nightly golf cart parade, fishing, bocce ball, horseshoes, and ping pong.
Sandy Mart has all of your grocery, snacking, clothing, beach gear, and memorabilia for your visit.
Sandy’s Meet n’ Eat - for burgers, pizza, ice cream, etc.
Sandy Harbor Family Fun Center is a recreation complex that includes a water park with 5 pools (one indoor/heated in winter), water slides, lazy river, Sandy Harbor splash zone, sun decks, an Arcade, miniature golf, restrooms, changing areas, and an indoor/outdoor Cafe. Certified lifeguards are on duty during the summer season. **Please note that some amenities such as miniature golf and the cafe do cost extra.
