This lovely 2 BR 2 BTH condo is nestled in the corner of Summertree Village located in the Shore Dr area. Conveniently located to all Myrtle Beach has to offer. Enjoy the beautiful beach just a short walk away. The Apache Pier and Ocean Annies Beach Bar are waiting for you. Shore Dr. is right down street from the famous Restaurant Row that offers some of the best restaurants in the area. You will find this extra large 3rd floor condo to be most accommodating. Slumber away in the new King Size bed in the Master Bedroom. The 2nd BR features a Queen and a Double bed for the kids or your guests. The living room sofa also pulls out for a comfortable Queen sleeper. Many updates and comfortable surroundings makes this a Great Vacation Getaway! Free Wi-Fi is provided for your internet access.

Le tout est conforme à la description. L' hôte est très gentil et compréhensif. Répond rapidement. C'est au 3e étage mais ça se fait quand même bien. Très beau séjour et très bien situé. Près de tout.

This condo was a good option for the money. It is on the 3rd floor so be prepared for steps. Nice indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. And the outdoor pool is partially shaded if you don’t want full sun. It has a great porch on the front to stash your beach and pool stuff. And there were two balconies in the back with table and chairs. Very nice area and close to activities and restaurants.

We loved our time here!! Best way to communicate with the host is through the Vrbo app if you have any questions. Bring your own toilet paper and trash bags just in case and make sure you wash all of the towels and sheets before you leave. 1 TV in the bedroom with 2 beds does not work and the blinds in the dining room area were broken upon arrival (they wont come down correctly) so we just hung up a light blanket we had to cover the window, but it did not effect our stay at all. The rest of the apartment and area are great! Highly recommend staying here. Thank you, Scott!

The area was quiet, the room was nice and spacious but my stay wasn’t enjoyable at all because we didn’t know there wasn’t elevators and we were on the 3rd floor. I have a heart condition so the stairs was a big inconvenience. I wasn’t able to do anything because the stairs were too much for my heart. The host wasn’t friendly at all. I had to contact him for check-in instructions and I don’t know why there’s a cleaning fee if we have to wash the used linen and take the trash out ourselves which meant we had to buy laundry stuff. Also the tv didn’t work in the second bedroom. The details when booking needs to be updated immediately.

Much Needed Getaway

The condo was pretty nice just a few things needed cleaning a little. Inside of the coffee maker the basket area needed cleaning there was coffee grounds underneath the basket and on the burner. Inside the basket itself needed cleaning. The knobs on the outside in the master shower had black water build up on them which I think is a really easy cleaning this should not have been missed in the cleaning process. I have 3-cleaning jobs besides my regular 40-hr a week job. So I pretty much know this shouldn't have been over-looked or the coffee maker. Other thank that I would definitely stay there again.

Nice place

We love summertree village. This condo was nice and clean. It had plenty of supplies to cook with. The third floor climb was not as bad as I thought it would be. This condo is well kept. Right beside the pool. It’s about a 3 block walk to the beach. Great great stay!!!!

1st time

This was my 1st time booking through vrbo. I'm not impressed. I get to condo. Couldn't check in. Called manager. No answer. So had to wait for him to call me back. No toilet paper or other items that you thing would be included. Then there was a sign on the frig to wash sheets and towels or be charged $25 a load
