Complete with luxury linens, Wi-Fi and cable, unwind in your home away from home. This home comes complete with a full kitchen and multiple dining areas to create lasting memories!

The Space:
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeper sofa in living room, newly renovated duplex featuring full kitchen and luxurious bathroom.

Unwind in this freshly updated, private residence mere blocks from the shore. This charming home boasts a master suite with a queen-sized bed and an en suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms are present, one with another queen bed and one with two double beds, each equipped with a television for your leisure and comfort.

The inviting living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests.

Indulge in the opulence of the main bathroom, complete with a newly upgraded glass shower.

The kitchen is outfitted with modern appliances and elegant countertops. Both indoor and outdoor dining spaces are available, perfect for crafting unforgettable experiences with loved ones.

The tranquil backyard is adorned with a fire pit and a snug lounge area for serene evenings.

Guests will have full access to the entire private cottage including free parking and large back yard.
For safety reasons, this property has outdoor security cameras.

Parking is not allowed on the street
Parking is not allowed on the grass or besides the house.
The car cannot block any part of the curb or the street.
Guests cannot park on the neighbors' driveway!
For any parking violation, the guest will be responsible for all towing expenses and tickets.

You will be provided with full check in instruction on the day of arrival at 12 pm. It is a self-check in with a smart lock.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT:

No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing.
Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.

The location of this property was great and the amenities were decent overall, the yard could use some clean up and a few issues did come up. The property manager was quick to address them and some were resolved. The beds were not very comfortable and a few more towels would be suggested. Upside the Wi-Fi was fast! It had all we needed at this price point.

Perfect day I love how I had to walk to the backyard to be able to get into the door basically like how my house is my back door as my front door only had one issue and that was with the neighbor but she did apologize I had to Uber there at first to bring my belongings in and I put in the wrong address so I just walked with my stuff couple doors down and she said there’s no way you’re here to stay if you’re walking up and I tried to explain to her she didn’t later saw me walking out to my vehicle and she asked if she could speak to me and she apologized. She was very nice and had no issues after.

This house was perfect for our "guys trip"! It was only a short walk to the beach. A lot of bars/restaurants/night life in walking distance. There was a raw bar a couple buildings down and a Dollar General at the end of the street. The back yard was spacious enough for our group and the whole place felt "homey." David responded very promptly and was very helpful with any questions we had. One thing that I did not see listed was the house was able to host 2 separate groups. There was another family in the front (this location is in back of the house). Our group had no issues with this, but this might be useful to know for other groups looking to stay here. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was lovely and a great location and the management was very helpful in any questions I had for him. The only thing I could suggest was, it says that it sleeps eight in the listing which it did, except it didn’t reflect that in the dishes, there was only four bowls for plates, so we were eating and shifts.
