Modern Home Near Lake Michigan

Welcome to our spacious and inviting home, located just a short drive from the beautiful shores of Lake Michigan. Our four-bedroom, three-bathroom house can accommodate up to 12 guests, making it the perfect getaway for large families or groups of friends.
In addition to the four bedrooms, the house also features an office with a sleeper sofa, providing extra sleeping space for larger groups. The fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, which seats eight, are perfect for home-cooked meals, while the cozy living room with a 70 inch screen flat screen TV is the ideal spot to relax after a day of exploring the area.
The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, just a short drive from a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The city center, with its numerous attractions and cultural offerings, is only a 5 minute drive away. The beautiful shores of Lake Michigan, where you can enjoy swimming, fishing, and boating, are just a short drive away as well.

We were overjoyed with the accommodations! Everything was as listed and met our every need! We had 10 people total and there was still room for more.The location was perfect and close to all the places we visit. The neighborhood was clean and quiet.We will definitely utilize this location again on future trips to Muskegon.

A very clean and comfortable home away from home. Kitchen was very usable and well-appointed. Appreciated having three full bathrooms when the home accommodates so many people. Very enjoyable stay. We would definitely return on a future visit to Muskegon.

Really nice house

The property was very spacious. You could sleep a ton more people than we had. They included a lot of nice things like coffee and shampoo that we had not thought to bring. I would definitely stay there again.

Our 2nd stag here!

We play softball in Muskegon often and have stayed twice at this house to save our driving back and forth. It fits 4 families comfortably and has always been clean with great communication from the management company!

All was great - fit our need’s perfectly. The only complaint was the main living room TV did not work. It had power but did not allow programming. Kept circling in guest mode and rebooting itself. We had a lot of family functions so it was not a major deal although during some down time it would have been nice to use.

Beautifully restored home

This home has plenty of room and lots of beds. It has been beautifully restored and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked and on point for food preparation. However, there are a few drawbacks to this home. First, as you walk in the back entry door, you will be punched in the face of a strong musty odor which only becomes bearable if you go to the upper level of the home. This might be remedied with an additional dehumidifier to dry up the old basement. Staying in the primary bedroom that has a very comfortable me ceiling fan. There are no fans in the other 2nd floor bedroom and with the air conditioning set at a fixed temperature, it was much too warm to comfortably sleep at night on even a cool summer night. As far as the neighborhood the home is located, it was a bit sketchy. We did not have any problems while staying though we were not comfortable all night cause we all were hearing every sound outdoors while worrying about our vehicles.

Beautiful Lake Michigan Area home

Very nice home. Nicely updated and the pictures do not do it justice. Huge rooms, amazing kitchen and bathrooms. Has everything one could possibly need. Very clean and bright. Close to everything!!! We had a great time! Would highly recommend.

Exceptional!

This property is beautiful. Plenty of room for our family. We spent lots of quality time together. Lots of good meals and games played. Close to a beautiful park and the lake. This house is perfect for a family get away.

Nice property

Had a nice stay, but had a drain problem while we were there which was fixed our last day there. Trash was not picked up according to the day posted on the refrigerator. Other than that stay was fine
