"Excellent, clean, good food, neat turistic places"

"Great buffet breakfast, lots of varieties."

"We had a lovely stay at The Langham Shanghai Xintiandi, but what truly made our visit special was the exceptional hospitality. A special thank you to the concierge who assisted us on October 27. We had arranged a taxi to the airport for 7:00 a.m., and he suggested an earlier hotel shuttle. When I mentioned that I wanted to enjoy an early morning walk and stop for coffee and breakfast, he kindly offered to have coffee ready for us. But the nicest surprise came when we returned from our walk. He...

"This was my 2nd stay at Opartment, and it continues to exceed expectations. The space is always chic and feels just like coming home. Special thanks to Selina at the front desk for a fantastic check-in experience, and to the gentleman who helped carry our luggage all the way out during checkout. A huge compliment to the housekeeping staff as well… I left my pj on the bed, and the cleaning lady actually folded and buttoned them up for me! That level of care is rare!!! The shower drain was a...

"Thanks Francis for your help"

"Hotel location is okay however few things in the hotel need to be improved: breakfast with coffee machine in particularly only 2 not enough for the number of foreigner guests and breakfast room too small. Rooms are basic and no amenities offered and not enough light in bathroom with no shaver/make up mirror. We stayed 3 nights and the 1st ni8our room was not cleaned and was not easy to get water or coffee as it was not replenished. Photos on the website are much better than reality and I do...

"The breakfast was among the best we had during our trip to china. The food taste great and had variety of food and we enjoyed every moments of it."

"Perfect location close to everything central. Helpful friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms with some offering nice views of the pearl tower as well (which i was unaware of). Overall very comfortable and clean; the experience was really enjoyable. I’d happily stay here again."

"Great"

"The room was really nice and spacious, bed was comfortable, complimentary drinks were a nice touch. I especially liked the complimentary washer-dryers that also had detergent - very helpful! The complimentary espresso machine, fruit, and candy were also nice. I appreciated that I was able to check out at 2 p.m. instead of noon. What could have been better were the lighting and tech set-up in the room. It was difficult to understand and to work the tablet since it wasn't in Enlish. The TV also...

"Hotel meraviglioso, con una cura straordinaria dei dettagli, camere enormi e silenziose, posizione super strategica, staff di livello elevato che parla perfettamente inglese ed è prodigo di suggerimenti. Rispetto al resto degli hotel cinesi è una perla rara."

"Exceptional hotel. Located in the core area, easy access to lots of popular restaurants. Inside the hotel it’s so quiet and peaceful. Also the room is beautiful and spacious."
