"Trato muy cercano y personal muy atento. La habitacion esta genial! La recomendamos sin ninguna duda!"

"Great location, staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help us. Restaurant, breakfast and the rooftop bar/ resto were fantastic. The room was super fantastic. In short, I feel the hotel was super nice and compact and offered Travellers to Santiago everything that they need. Special mention to Johan and Eli for their positivity and help in making our stay fantastic. This place is highly recommended."

"Nice location, nice room, spacious and clean, good price, helpful staff, parking, ..."

"Mi amiga y yo fuimos por que teníamos boletos para BTS en Santiago, desde que llegamos el hotel nos brindó una buena atención. Curiosamente una recepcionista tambien iba al concierto y nos recomendó un taxi para llevarnos al estadio, super seguro y muy puntual. Le agradecemos a Maira sus atenciones y sus respuestas a cada duda que teníamos. La habitación excelente, no tuvimos problemas para nada, el buffet bastante completo."

"Nice hotel and can recommend. Very good location, nice interior, clean rooms with an amazing view of the Main Street. Would have given 5 stars in rating, if the cleaning crew wouldn’t have stood twice in my room at 8:45 / 9:00 while I was still sleeping (woke up and was a bit surprised)."

"Great stay in a great location. Would stay again"

"The location is close to the market, park, and restaurants. The staff members were helpful and professional."

"Very nice hotel with very attentive and courteous staff. The location was excellent close to restaurants and main attractions and with a beautiful park at the front. Rooms were small but comfortable beds."

"Hotel was like Premier Inn, it was basic but was enough for 1 night Stairs need lighting that switches on automatically, almost tripped in the dark! No elevators so lugged heavy suitcases to the 3rd floor. Not fun. The toilet roll was on the opposite side of the bathroom - why? It was extremely hard booking a taxi or Uber from there - day or night."

"Los dueños son super amables y nos orientaron muy bien en todo el tema de los tours y tips para la ciudad"

"这家酒店在市中心"

"The room was clean, restaurants nearby, the staff looked tired, but they did their job."
