"This hotel has been my usual place to stay in Seoul. Great location from major cultural places to visit: palaces, temple, museums, galleries, restaurants and all public transportations. The staff is always courteous and helpful. The reason for 4-star rating is because the standard twin room where I usually stay seems to become smaller. It seems less room around the beds to move around and the bathroom seems more crowded. However, positive aspects of the place outweigh the negatives. I will...

"This hotel was in a great location, right next to a small mall, shops & restaurants around Insadong. This was also within walking distance to Gyeongbokgung Palace, about 25 - 30 min walk to Gwangjang market, Cheonggyecheon stream & Ikseondong. Lots of shops, art galleries & museums are close by"

The front desk helped my older parents make plans, navigate transportation, and gave great recommendations in both Seoul and Busan. One suggestion: towel hooks!
