"Nice setting, attractive ambience"

"The room was immaculate. The staff was friendly. The hotel was close to medical facilities. There was plenty of parking that felt very safe. It was easy to get where we needed to go. We were very impressed!"

"breakfast was ok, the only comment that i have is because in the front desk when i checked in, they ask for 100 USD deposit, and now that charge is still in my credit card in process, stil is not cancelled by the hotel."

"First it all they didn't come to change the towels at all, they only gave us 1 set of all kind of towels. They knew we stay 5 nights when we checked in. So next day we noticed that nobody come to clean up our room, the trash and picked the towels. So we checked the front desk to ask about it, they told me that we have to request it. So we requested it at second day. However nobody come to clean up room, pick up the trash and change the towels, we have to pick up our trash every day and ask the...

"Beautiful place ! The landscaping, room, and place was very very nice . Check in young woman was full of helpful information and warm welcome. Unfortunately when checking out there were two charges on my room. One was a breakfast and another that a resort fee that was not mentioned when booked through Expedia . "Amazing!"

"Very beautiful historic property and the rooms were recently renovated it appeared. Nicely decorated and very clean. Some minor maintenance issues noted like fire pit broken at Rincon pool, loose faucet in bathroom, some broken umbrellas etc. overall great stay and would recommend to others."

"The B&B is conveniently located near the U of A campus in a nice neighborhood. Beautiful, well-maintained property. Breakfast was great. Friendly staff."

"Our room was on a busy street and we were awakened every night by noisy cars. There were no interior rooms available. there were motorcycles and cars revving their engines at all times of the night. I would go back there again - if the rooms were free."

"Our room needed some minor repairs and updating- shower door wouldn’t shut, toilet paper holder coming off wall, curtains very worn and difficult to draw and room needs brighter lighting. The grounds and common areas were very nice."

"Minor things with an impact - great towels (soft), lots of outlets and good vibe."

"Great location and overall great hotel!"

"Nice spacious rooms. Everything seemed clean except the floor (vinyl plank throughout hides dirt too well apparently). Full size appliances including washer/dryer. Some rooms have balconies but no chairs on them so kind of useless unless you just wanna stand outside for a minute. Front desk staff seem to be missing often. Many things need minor repairs (toilet paper holder loose, shower towel rack loose). However in spite of all these things I really did like this property and will stay...
