Only once we got dressed to leave at 4 am by our flashlights did they tell us they did it for maintenance and would be off till 6 am. We sleep with a cpap machine so woke up suffocating.we would not of booked there if we had been told of this."

"I was forced to leave in the middle of the night after repeated knocking on my door by staff accusing me of calling 911. At one point the police arrived and told me the staff had sent them. The vending machine stole $10. The staff did not care. I was not refunded my money after I requested it and I will never use Expedia again nor will I ever stay at that hotel chain again.
