Positiv war das überaus freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal. Auch das Frühstück muss man hervorheben, da es fantastisch war. Negativ fanden wir die Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Im Zimmer dass uns gegeben wurde war der Schacht der Klimaanlage total verschimmelt und es roch auch dementsprechend, sodass wir das Zimmer wechseln mussten (was zum Glück auch möglich war). Im neuen Zimmer das selbe, jedoch nicht ganz so schlimm. Sauberkeit im Zimmer ließ auch zu wünschen übrig. Staub unter dem Bett , im Bad einige Stellen mit schwarzem Schimmel und die bereitgestellten Pflegeprodukte lagen wohl auch schon länger dort (Rasierer war verrostet) . Die Anbindung zur Innenstadt von Valencia ist sehr gut , jedoch muss man mit mindestens 30min Fahrtzeit mit ÖPNV zum Strand rechnen.

Outstanding stay in the heart of Valencia’s Old Town with easy access to sites, shopping and dining. The front desk service at check in, check out and throughout if stay was excellent and special recognition to Maria and Avril for their positive energy and welcoming vibe. Room was very comfortable and spacious and having a mini fridge was very helpful during our stay. We really enjoyed the breakfast and rooftop bar and cannot say enough good things about the service at breakfast and at the bar in the evenings with special recognition to both Nathan and Estadia (sp?) for their friendly and attentive service. This was our third visit to Valencia and we were very happy with our lodging selection and the service we received throughout our stay.
