det var som en rodet genbrugsbutik, alt for mange ting inde på værelset som er slet ikke kunne komme rundt. Beliggenheden var fantastisk, morgenmaden var ok, man skulle dog vente lang tid på at der blev fyldt op. Jeg vil ikke komme tilbage jeg følte mig nærmest spærret inde i alle deres unødvendige ting. Vi beskrives som kunst, jeg vil nærmere betegne det som en genbrugsbutik

Don’t book. One of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had. AC: repeated power outages left us without ac for the whole nights Wi-Fi; No connection at all. Not even in the rooms. Half Board: Was only valid in 2 of the hotel’s 8 restaurants (both buffets). This was never disclosed during the booking. Rent a Boat; We rented the most expensive boat trip they had through the hotel. We were stopped by the coast guard, armed and pretty scary for 30 minutes out on the sea as they didn’t have the skipper rights. Kids club; The worst experience was for our 6yerar daughter who wanted to play at the kids club, I specifically confirmed there would be an English-speaking staff member and stayed with the group for 30 min until she felt comfortable. When we went to check up on her she was sitting alone by the pool in tears - the only enligsh speaking person had left. Not only did the staff not including her in any activities and left her all alone the worst part was that she had both asked to go to the toilet and to call her parents but no one understood her. A manager promised that they would contact us. Nobody did. At check-out we were told someone had already apologised in person, which was simply untrue. We were once again promised a follow-up after departure. It’s been 10 days and we have now sent two emails and still received no response. Problems can happen anywhere - but not sll of this in a 3 day stay. There are plenty of better hotels around Sardinia!
