"Let me start by saying the facility is nice and clean. Unfortunately the TV was not plugged in (which took a while to figure out) and then the remote didn't work unless it was right up to the set (in other words it wouldn't work from the couch). A call to the emergency number was never returned. We went to watch in the common area and that TVs remote had no battery at all (perhaps another renter needed the batteries which I couldn't obtain in the middle of the night). Worst of all THERE...

"The room needed a deep clean, roman shades needed to be repaired. Just not up to usual BnB standards."

"This hotel was very clean and location was great, with walking distance to clifton hill. The thing that stuck out the most, was the staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Samantha at the front desk was incredible and remembered us by our name on our way out. Thank you Samantha for making our stay a 5 star rating. We will definitely stay here again because of you 😊"

"This a hidden gem! Just behind the Cliffron hills. It is perfect budget friendly breakfast decent until 10:30 so we didnt have to wake up so early. The room is huge and clean pool big enough and warm put a slide it’ll be perfect. "

"Clean room, spacious, 2 queen beds, sofa , 2 TVs and 2 desks and a table, with balcony city view , it was amazing experience. Friendly staff , easy access to everything , clean pool and hot tub, perfect location, less than 10 minutes walk to the falls, right in the center of the fun street. Myself and the kids enjoyed the stay, definitely worth it "
