I called the front desk to ask for a 10-minute extension on checkout, but they refused, stating that a charge would be incurred if I stayed even one minute past 11:00. The bedding and general cleanliness were in a very shabby state.

I reserved a one bed room and they gave me 2 twin size beds. Mind you, it was me and my girlfriend so that was awkward because we couldn’t sleep on the same bed. I asked for towels the 2nd day I was there and it took them 2 hours to bring them to me. The view was also terrible, we could only see the parking garage. This is definitely a budget hotel/casino.
