"Some less than rave reviews had me concerned, but the hotel is so close to Hamilton Airport that I chose it anyway. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was clean and warm. There were simple breakfast supplies even at 5:30 am. A friendly taxi driver took me to the airport in the snow at 6:15 am for only $15. Nothing fancy, and certainly furniture needs upgrading. But if you just want a quiet, comfortable night's sleep and save money, I recommend it!"

"Hotel was lovely. Nice clean rooms with a full kitchen. It felt like staying in a home, not a hotel room. Nice little pool, indoor parking and a secure building. Breakfast was well done. Nice buffet style with plenty of options."

"The hotel is new, everything was very clean. Room is very spacious. I particularly liked the foyer entrance allowing a place for messy shoes and snowy boots without being on the carpet. The hotel was also very close to the new TD Coloseum which made it great to attend a concert, as it was walking distance to the venue. It was also great to have breakfast provided- great food choices."

"The room was nice and clean, more than adequate with lots of space for a computer and for the clothes. The best of all was the kitchenette, I was able to reheat some food and make my own breakfast because I found a breakfast at the restaurant was terribly expensive. But everything was really clean. The service was very attentive and it was nice to see Security walking around and checking up on the cars at night. I do have to mention my bed was lumpy, I think it would help to put a mattress...
