"Alles top..."

"Komischer Geruch. Ich konnte nachts das Fenster nicht öffnen, da ich im Erdgeschoss war mit Blick auf den Parkplatz."

"THE HOTEL IS BRAND NEW SO EVERYTHING WAS NICE AND CLEAN."

"Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit auch in Bezug auf die Parkmöglichkeiten waren sie super lösungsorientiert und haben uns prima unterstützt. Das Frühstück war unschlagbar lecker und es war ein extrem großes Angebot zur Auswahl. Wir konnten mit 14 Personen immer zusammen sitzen. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls 5 Sterne wert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen."

"Although the rooms were super clean, I found that the reception was not helpful at all except for one gentleman at night named Mohammed."

"Alles bestens gerne wieder"

"Das Hotel ist extrem sauber, Frühstück reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Personal sehr freundlich. Eine kleine Bar hat bissl gefehlt."

"What a beautiful place to stay, an old convent, peaceful surroundings. There are no staff, however everything is easy to find, coffee machine, tea’s, a fridge full of drinks in the main entrance. (Honesty box) Three minute walk to the Lindhoffer Gaststätte for a typical German breakfast, plenty of Coffee etc. We ate there in the evening, the rump steak was delicious and tender, other options were superb. It’s not the Hilton ok !!! , but it’s a truly comfortable and cosy experience. Enjoy x"

"Stylish bedroom and hotel with excellent Italian restaurant and very good breakfast"

"Alles wunderbar vom Zimmer über das Essen ."

"Simple and highly comfortable. Located in a tranquil place that is perfect for relaxing after long and frequent travels"

"Sehr gutes und freundliches Hotel mit gutem Frühstück."

"A two minute walk from the trainstation, big room, nice shower. Lots of restaurants and coffeebars nearby. Busstation is accross the street. Friendly staff."

"Staff were very friendly and the location was close to the train station so that was great. Our room was clean and we had everything we needed."

"Premises in 2 buildings 200 m apart. Reception and better accommodation (I presume) in one, remainder in the other. Staff members all appear to be English speaking and of Indian origin. Reception staffed by at least 3 people who claimed to have received only 1 day training in the job. Communication and Reception skills very limited. Breakfast bar reasonable but limited in variety. On the last day of our stay the lift in the accommodation building failed. No persons on board but suitcases and 5...
