A tranquil seaside vacation awaits you at this Surfside Beach vacation rental where you can get some well-earned relaxation! This pet friendly rental is the upper level of a split level home. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The home is partially updated and features all of the comforts of home. In has all major appliances including a washing machine and clothes dryer! Come enjoy the salty ocean breeze from either the back deck or side porch or stay inside and watch tv's on the days you feel like relaxing indoors! This community is in close proximity to countless attractions and offers something for everyone! Minutes away is Myrtle Beach State Park, Huntington Beach, Atalaya Castle, Brookgreen Gardens, Tupelo Bay Golf Center, and the always fun Family Kingdom Amusement Park!

The property has 4 bedrooms that all feature televisions and close proximity to the bathrooms.

Bedroom 4: Bunk Bed (twin on top, full on bottom)

Other things to note:
Parking passes will be retrieved at the guard gate when you first enter Oceanside Village.
Golf cart on premises is for owner use only. You are able to rent a golf cart through Oceanside Village for a separate fee.
A swipe card to access beach parking and all gates can be purchased from Oceanside Village office for $30. If you return the swipe card upon departure, you will received $10 back.
This rental is pet friendly for dogs only! Breed and weight restrictions may apply based on HOA rules and regulations. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.
All of our properties are completely non-smoking including all form of E-cigarettes and vape pens, including any outside areas of the home.
This is the upper level of a 2 level home. The downstairs level is rented separately.
The driveway parking is shared with the downstairs level. You are able to bring 2 normal sized vehicles.
The Upstairs parking is the RIGHT side of the driveway in front of the stairs.
This rental does require stairs to access the home.
We rent to families and individuals over the age of 25 only.
Linen price is factored into final price of stay.

Although homes are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Guests are supplied with a starter set of paper products. Each rental will have 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen. Please come prepared with your own soaps or other needed toiletries such as dish detergent or laundry detergent. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).

Guests should bring their own toiletries, we supply a starter set of toiletries. Per the linen package that is already included, we will provide 1 set of towels per guest and sheets for each bed. Most properties have a washer/dryer or a coin operated facility. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).
