This condo is the perfect place to stay for you to enjoy everything the Garden City area has to offer! The Beach House condo complex is an ocean front building which provides beautiful ocean views across the communal pool and it is conveniently located only minutes from the Garden City Pier where you can find live music, an arcade and much more! Complimentary linens are provided with every weekly reservation so plan your trip to Beach House #304 so you can look forward to relaxing, unwinding, and enjoying the waves.

PROPERTY AMENITIES
Linens and Bed Set Up Included, Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc., as needed.

Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Please note that we do not accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Affirm, PayPal, or Klarna.

**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.

Great Location, Disappointing property management

This property is managed by Surfside Reality. We checked in on a Sunday so were unable to report any issues upon check in. However, we did place a call Monday morning to report 3 specific issues. We were told a work ticket would be created and they would send someone out. By Monday afternoon we had not been taken care of. We phoned the office again and were told there had been several emergencies, (understandable, our issues where more of an inconvenience) but that someone would respond. We checked out on Wednesday...no one ever came. This is a reflection of the management of the unit and not the owners. Overall, the condo was nice and the location was awesome! I would stay here again if management was improved.

We reserved the wrong property

We were under the impression that we had reserved a different property ( our fault) but had no choice. This property was clean and just as it appeared in the ads. But it was very dated and could use some upkeep. Not having an elevator was hard as the unit was on the third floor. We made do but would not rent here again.
