Better than we expected. Quiet neighborhood, nice backyard with lovely table and comfortable chairs. Very clean and organized, with a few extra little unexpected items available. Easy walk to town.

We had a great stay there. It was perfect Location for us to go out and look for properties and land. The place was great a little dated for what I’m used to staying in but that’s not on thembut lovely place to stay. I would go again. Thank you for the booking.

This was our second visit to this location. It is a perfect walking distance to downtown Murphy's. The house is clean and the host responds quickly to any questions. We enjoyed our visit.

Place is in a great location to downtown. Place is clean and well stocked. Make sure to bring your toiletries (shampoo, moisturizer, etc) as the location doesn't have any.

The VRBO was a 2-minute walk to downtown Murphy's, the house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our short stay.

Perfect location in Murphys. Walking distance to shops and restaurants downtown, but very quiet and private. Great neighborhood to ride bikes. The house is very clean and the patio is great for relaxing and dining.

Very clean environment, easy to check in and, nice amenities with cable TV in every room and comfortable dining in both dining area and back yard. Nice seating, sofas and recliner. Beds ok, and as stated, no toiletries provided so we had to bring our own (shampoo, conditioner, bodywash). Checkout was one of the simpler checkout processes, no extreme asks before leaving, just had to clean sink and run dishwasher. Left linens by washer though was not requested. Was a nice, quiet property.

Everything was excellent. The kitchen well stocked, the beds comfy. Great shower water pressure. The back yard was great and our dogs loved it too. I had a question and I was afraid my phone might die before I had an answer and Christine answered immediately.

The place is very clean and pleasant. We love that we can bring our doggies and that i is a short walk to town. This is our third time staying here, but it won’t be the last.

This property is a perfect location for walking to Main St. It's off the beaten path just enough that it's really peaceful, and close enough to stroll to town. The beds are a bit squeaky. The back patio is lovely. I think it would be important to know that it's an electric BBQ that desperately needed to be cleaned. I'd encourage moving the pooper scooper away from the BBQ. I'm not certain why only one car is allowed in the driveway when there's plenty of space for 2? Overall, it's a very comfortable place to stay.
