Located just ten-fifteen minutes walk from the town centre, with a nice surrounded views, privacy and stillness.



The whole house is distributed all in the same level, so there are no stairs, being very friendly for families, children, wheelchair ... is easy access from anywhere, be it indoors in the garden and pool, also from the playground with swings and sand, ideal for children.



In the house trough the entrance hall it has a large living room with direct access to a nice porch, terrace and garden where the swimming pool surrounded by lawn. Also has access to the designer kitchen equipped with top quality components and exit to the garden. Outdoor kitchen and barbecue

It has three double rooms equipped and furnished with quality care and good taste. Two bathrooms one en-suite. It also has a courtesy bath. Two of the rooms have direct access to the Garden.

On-farm owners have their horses (separate from the house), it is a real pleasure to see thembe with them. There are also various farm animals such as chickens, ducks, a Majorcan goat... what makes this very exciting for children, impossible to get bored!.



Only 10-15 minutes by car to enjoy the Alcudia bay of a coast of sandy beaches and shallow waters along about 7,5 milles. from Can Picafort to Puerto de Alcudia, via 'el Comú' surrounded by pine forests and the Natural Park S'Albufera, famous for the ornithology area.

These Pollensa Golf and club de Golf Aucanada. are nearest Golf courses in the area.
