The nice property is a duplex located in a very quiet urbanization of Playas de Muro. It is very well located, closed to the road Ca'n Picafort - Alcúdia. The house is located 200 m to the beach, less than 5 minutes walking from the house. Perfect for a walk on the beach. In proximity of the house there are a shopping centers, pharmacy, a play area for children, restaurants and more amenities to enjoy this beautiful place. In addition, the house is situated near the natural park s'Albufera where we find a lot of different species of birds. Ideal for a day out with family or friends.

The house has 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 living room-dining room with a dinning table for 6 people, 1 kitchen, 2 terraces in the ground floor and 2 little terraces in the first floor. Furthermore, the covered terrace where you enter the house is the ideal spot to enjoy great outdoors lunches and dinners. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, refrigerator, induction hob, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and crockery, glassware, cooking utensils, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Peaceful and well maintained house for a really good price

We absolutely loved our stay in this lovely duplex nestled in a quiet urbanization of Playas de Muro. The location is simply unbeatable—just a short stroll to one of the most stunning beaches in Mallorca. Waking up to the peaceful surroundings and being so close to the sea felt like a dream.The duplex itself is cozy, bright, and well cared for. You can tell it’s been maintained with love. Mornings on the terrace with a coffee, evenings with a glass of wine and the sound of the breeze through the trees—it was everything we needed to relax and unwind.Whether you're looking for a quiet escape or a beach getaway, this place has it all. It’s serene, well-located, and full of charm. Highly recommended—we can’t wait to come back!

Super Haus

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem schönen Haus. Super gemütlich eingerichtet, tolle Ausstattung und geniale Lage. Der Strand war nah und nicht überlaufen. Außerdem toller Empfang durch die Gastgeber im Haus.

Nice property, only 3min walking distance to the beach

We had a nice stay. The house offers everything we needed. A lot of towels for the beach, an umbrella for the beach and even some Kids stuff for the beach. Only Thing we did not like werde the mosquitos. There are plenty in Playa de muro so bring enough protection

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus

Ein Ferienhaus, das man wirklich empfehlen kann. Sehr strandnah, ruhig, blitzsauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was man für schöne Ferien braucht: Sonnenschirme und Stühle für den Strand, sogar Strandtücher., zwei Kaffemaschinen, Wasch- und Spülmaschine usw. Juan ist uns mit den An- und Abreisezeiten sehr entgegengekommen, hat uns sehr nett in Empfang genommen (es gab sogar Wein, Wasser, Käse, Schinken und Brot im Kühlschrank) , alles erklärt, alle Fragen beantwortet. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Fremragende fordi * huset er velforsynet - havde alt * huset lå perfekt - i stille villakvarter væk fra turistinforno, og alligevel kun få minutter fra faciliteter * værterne er meget venlige og imødekommende. Vi fik en særdeles fin modtagelse af Juan * ikke langt til både strand og til storslået natur * kan anbefales som noget af det bedste vi har oplevet gennem årtier.

2 Weeks Stay before Easter Holidays

The house had everything we 2 guys needed to feel very comfy. The terrace was amazing for eating outside. I loved the garden. Neighborhood is very nice. It requires only a short walk to the beach. Thanks for the nice stay.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Super ausgestattet (Backofen, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Microwelle, Smart-TV, Klopapier, Spülmittel, sogar Teelichter)und liebevoll eingerichtet. Juan, der nette Vermieter, hat früher selber hier gewohnt, das merkt man dem Haus auch immer noch positiv an. Nette und unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe mit Juan, das Haus war sehr sauber. Insgesamt sechs Terrassen/Balkone in alle Himmelsrichtungen, davon zwei sogar überdacht, so dass wir auch im Regen draußen essen konnten. Direkt am Meer. Drei Minuten durch ein kleines Pinienwäldchen und schon ist man am kilometerlangen Sandstrand. Man sollte sich nur bewusst sein, dass das Haus nicht in einem Dorf mit entsprechender Infrastruktur sondern in einer Siedlung liegt. Es gibt entlang der Straße eine Apotheke, kleine Supermärkte und ein oder zwei Restaurants, aber sonst nichts. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Très bon séjour

L accueil a été très chaleureux malgré une heure d arrivée très tardive : propriétaires très gentils et corbeille "gourmande" offerte ! La maison est très propre, fonctionnelle, spacieuse et bien placée ( à 2 minutes à pied de la plage, près d un excellent restaurant conseillée par la propriétaire...). Nous recommandons vivement cette location !

Petite maison à 200m de la mer

Excellent accueil de Juan et Maria Magdalena, maison très propre et très pratique avec tout le confort. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et au petit soin. La situation est excellente à 200m de la playa de Muro. Nous avons Passé un excellent séjour à 5 en famille!

La maison et très belle et très propre! Les aménagements à l interieur et à l extérieur sont très bien, il y a tout ce qu il faut! Avec une situation au calme! Nous avons très bien été accueilli par les propriétaires qui sont vraiment très gentils et aimables! Donc excellent séjour tout était parfait, nous reviendrons volontiers !

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Juan hat im Ferienhaus auf uns gewartet und uns alles ausführlich gezeigt. Er hatte sogar Obst, Wein, Wasser und Saft schon für uns eingekauft. Das Haus war super sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Es gibt sehr viele Sitzmöglichkeiten um das Haus, so dass man immer einen Schatten, oder Sonnenplatz finden kann. Die Außendusche ist super um den Sand vom Strand nicht ins Haus zu tragen ;-). Der Strand ist durch ein kleines Wäldchen in 5min zu erreichen und wirklich wunderschön, km langer weißer Sandstrand. Es geht sehr flach rein, so dass es für Kinder ideal ist. Leider gibt es nur in einem Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage, im Juni war das noch ok, ich denke im Juli/August wäre es schon sehr warm geworden. Schön wären Moskitonetze gewesen, da auch im Juni schon viele Moskitos unterwegs waren. Wir hatten zumindest für unseren Sohn ein mobiles Netz dabei, dies war auch nötig. Insgesamt haben wir alle den Aufenthalt in Juans Ferienhaus genossen und werden sicherlich wieder kommen. Muchas gracias Juan :-)

PERFEKT!

Das Haus ist wunderbar und die Lage wirklich traumhaft. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und der Strand ist innerhalb von 4 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Juan, der Eigentümer, ist ein sehr warmherziger und unglaublich freundlicher Gastgeber. Wir hatten einen wirklich großartigen Urlaub! Wir können das Haus und die Gastgeber uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Perfect holiday

We spent more than a week at Juan's house. and enjoyed every minute. The house is very nice, beautifully decorated and everything you would want is provided. We enjoyed having our meals on the roofed terrace, and a glass of wine on the first floor balcony in the evenings. The house is located very close to the beach, only about 3 minutes walk through the pine forest. The neighbourhood is very quiet. Street parking next to the house was no problem. The next larger supermarket is a 5 minutes drive towards Can Picafort. Email communication before our arrival was with Juan's niece Apolognia. She is very nice and helpful, and always responded to our questions within a few hours. She even welcomed us on the day of our arrival at the house. We plan to return next year.

Nice house close to the beach

The house is located just a short walking distance to the beach, which was a decisive criteria for our vacation with two little kids. It is a nice residential area, only the direct neighbors could have been a bit more quiet in the evenings;). We have enjoyed the restaurants nearby, but also the fact that several supermarkets are just a walking distance away. Juan and his wife are very considerate hosts - Thank you for the warm welcome! Just a small hint - From our perspective, the house would have been too small for two families with kids (number of chairs and size of dining table inside). Nevertheless, we can definitely recommend a relaxing vacation at your nice house:)!
