Townhouse with swimming pool surrounded by countryside with a capacity for 6 people, only 10 km far away from the beach.
Outside the house is very nice. Spend time on the terrace, prepare a barbecue, swim in the swimming pool or just relax in the garden. The porch, with 100 m2 is furnished with a huge wooden table. All of you can get together and also cook outside because right next to the barbecue there is a second kitchen, which has a dishwasher. On the front side of the porch, facing the swimming pool, there is a chill out area with seats and armchairs. The right place for relax seekers. The swimming pool, chlorine water and 4.5x8 metres, is private. Next to the swimming pool there is also a pergola with another dining area. A good place to enjoy the Mediterranean weather.

This two-storey, 250 m2 house has three air-conditioned double bedrooms and is ideal for couples with children or small groups of friends. One of the bedrooms is equipped with two single beds, while the other two have a double bed. The three bedrooms are located on the first floor, where we also find 3 bathrooms (two of them en suite) and on the ground floor, we also find a bathroom. Three of the bathrooms have a shower and one has a bathtub. There is a warm atmosphere in every room. Sit back and relax in the living room, where there are sofas to enjoy a good read, watch satellite TV or take a short nap. The independent kitchen has everything you need to cook without any problems: toaster, coffee maker, oven and gas cooker, cutlery, kitchen utensils, fridge with freezer and much more. Of course there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The house is located in Muro, just on the outskirts of the town. It is a very quiet place and also very convenient because it has many facilities nearby, such as supermarket, bank, sports area, bars and some restaurants. A 10 minute drive will take you to the nearest beaches: Can Picafort and Ses Casetes des Capellans. You can enjoy a pleasant sunny day in the sandy beach and have delicious paella for lunch in one of the restaurants with sea views. Make the most of the day and have a cocktail at sunset! The seafront promenade of Can Picafort has a great offer of bars and restaurants and it always has a lively atmosphere. If you go direction Alcudia, you will find Playa de Muro, a quiet beach area with a protected sand dune are of ecological interest and shallow crystalline waters, ideal for children. It’s worth to go to Alcúdia or Pollensa and discover their numerous little coves!
