This well-located apartment offers a thoughtful layout with a spacious, open living area for your comfort. It accommodates up to 6 guests and features Wi-Fi, TV, fan, and washing machine. Self check-in allows you to arrive flexibly, ideal for late flights.



The bus stop is directly opposite. It’s just a 5-minute walk to Neufahrn train station, or about 15 minutes on foot. The airport is quickly accessible—perfect for commuters. Shops and supermarkets are nearby.



The entire apartment is non-smoking. Events are not permitted on the property. You can hang your laundry in the drying room on the ground floor, which is always open. All shutters are operated by switches. The building has an elevator, and the apartment is step-free and accessible throughout.



The large bedroom sleeps two adults. The small room next door is a single room for one adult or child. The opposite small room is also a single room for one adult or child. The red and black sofas in the living room can be converted into beds. Extra blankets and pillows are in the closets. The kitchen is fully equipped and all appliances work perfectly. The bathroom has hot and cold water.



The house was recently fully renovated.



You may park in any outdoor parking space; two communal spaces are available. The main entrance is behind the building—simply follow the small path. There is also a bike storage room. One pet is welcome upon request.
