"Best value for money in Rensselaer area. It is located by the main road which is connected to highways and freeways."

"The lobby was different and dramatic. Liked that the eating area was raised above it on the second floor and gave a view of the hotel and surrounding scenery. Breakfast was adequate - nothing special but good. We did have a bit of trouble with the toilet in our room which we were able to fix without calling the desk. Would definitely stay there again if we return to visit."

"An overall wonderful place to stay. Room was clean, beds were comfortable however there were old stains across the carpet but otherwise the room itself was clean and comfortable. The morning staff in the downstairs restaurant were very friendly and provided a wonderful service and delicious breakfast. Our only major complaint is the walls are thin. You can here next room conversations, babies crying, etc. The overall hotel and view of the river is fery nice as is the quaint town it rests in."

"The check in went very smoothly and the staff very friendly. So far, the accommodation/amenities were fine. If there was one dent, when walking the hallway, some of the lightbulbs were hanging loose rather than a fixed to their area in the ceiling or wall. "

"The hotel was VERY CLEAN and they offer cleaning services daily. The room I stayed in was BEAUTIFUL overlooking the skyline. It was an amazing moment to stay there. There was great air conditioning, access to the pool, 24 hour gym, and breakfast every morning."

"I stayed one night after my husband had surgery at Albany Medical Center. The hotel is very convenient and I was just expecting a place to shower and sleep after a very long day. However it was way more than that. I was a distracted mess by the time I checked in and Denzel at the front desk was kind and patient. I had dinner in the restaurant in the hotel. Everything was clean and I appreciated the refrigerator in my room. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. "
