The guesthouse has many great factors. Location, very clean, comfortable furnishings & affordable for those wanting a little more space and homely feel. Leesa and Mark were very responsive to our questions and very accommodating to our requests and their little extra touches topped off a wonderful stay.

Mudgee getaway

Property was in excellent location, easy walk to restaurants cafes and shops, and also the park with park run directly behind. The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable, bright and sunny. Great for two couples with two bathrooms. Lots of thoughtful extras / inclusions such as BBQ, washer and dryer, coffee machine as well as delicious charcuterie plate and sparkling wine. Great stay! Great getaway with friends

A beautiful property situated very close to the town centre.The home was immaculate, extremely comfortable, and offered plenty of spaces to relax and unwind.A large, sunny deck—complete with a BBQ and overlooking the reserve—provided the perfect spot to gather in the afternoons for drinks.We were especially impressed by the beautifully presented charcuterie board and the sparkling wine on arrival. There was also a generous supply of basic condiments, coffee pods, and specialty teas.The beds were heavenly, made up with crisp white linen that added an extra touch of luxury.Our hosts went above and beyond to make our weekend feel warm and welcoming. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay!

Short holiday break

We had friends from Germany stay with us to show them the Mudgee area. The property was a short walk to town and enjoyed the close proximity to the sculpture walk along the river. Had to contact Leesa who was quick to respond and all sorted. Lovely spacious & clean property. Happy to recommend.

Perfect Place To Stay A Moment From the Town Centre

My friends came over from the Uk to celebrate a significant milestone birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the house had everything we needed during our stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone interested in staying in Mudgee.

Amazing stay

Check in was easy! Great communication with the hosts. Property was super clean, had all the little touches like salt n pepper, milk, coffee etc that just makes life easy. The location was very close to the local shops and also backs onto a great walking track and park. Would highly recommend 11/10.

Great Getaway with Friends

Overall we were very impressed with our stay at this property. It had lots of thoughtful little extras - like the very lovely cheese platter and bubbles on arrival! Everything was clean and fresh, we stayed with friends and to have our own bathrooms was a fabulous bonus. Location was great too - just a short walk into the main street and a short drive to lots of lovely wineries.

Mudgee getaway

The townhouse was spotless and walking distance to the Mudgee town centre. We were driving an EV and there is a couple of DC fast chargers within 300 metres from the property. The neighbourhood where the townhouse is located was a very peaceful place with the added bonus of a riverside walkway accessible from the rear gate of the town house. Highly recommend the property. Sydneysiders ought to be aware that most cafes and restaurants are closed for dinner mid week Monday through Wednesday but most are open for Breakfast and lunch.

Mudgee Short Break

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in this lovely modern two bedroom, two bathroom property, conveniently located to everything Mudgee has to offer. The property was very clean and thoughtfully provisioned. We especially enjoyed the beautiful antipasto and cheese platter with sparkling wine which was a really welcoming way to start our holiday! Thank you also to our host Leesa who addressed a minor issue with the TV very promptly - allowing us to relax and enjoy the Boxing Day Test ;) We would happily recommend this property for 2 couples wishing to holiday in the fabulous Mudgee region.

Exceeded expectations !

This modern place is immaculate, well set up and the 2 bed/ 2 bathroom is perfect for two couples. Great location - easy access to wineries and quick walk to town/ restaurants/ pubs in the evening. Outstanding communication with host who was super flexible with times and delivered great service including arranging taxis for us to and from lunch at Zin House. Lovely wine, cheese and fruit platter on arrival also much appreciated.

Central Mudgee Perfection

Located in very easy walking distance to Mudgee’s historic CBD with cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops, this lovely modern attached home was perfect for two couples. It had all the amenities we needed and many more provided (e.g. delicious fruit & cheese platter with sparkling wine; a very well appointed kitchen; secure lock up garage). Communication & check in were clear, quick and easy. Thank you for a lovely stay during the Mudgee Cycle Classic Mark & Leesa.
