The Flamingo Room 70 On Mortimer is one of 4 self contained units with a large Queen size bedroom, lounge room, bathroom, kitchen, large outdoor covered verandah area. Set in a quite street walking distance to town shops, clubs, pubs and dining. The Flamingo Room offers old world charm with new updated facilities - wifi, smart Tv, air conditioning, mood flame heating, dish washer, washing machine and dryer and hair dryer. Tea, coffee, complimentary local wine, chips and chocolate on arrival.
The Flamingo Room has just been renovated with new paint, carpet, bedding, lounge dishwasher, washing machine, curtains, TV, shutters and boasts antique furniture matched with new to create a warm homely feel with luxury

A beautiful accommodation, we stayed in the flamingo room, gorgeous wine to enjoy and all the comforts needed to relax and enjoy the weekend in Mudgee. Our host was fantastic, quick and easy communication and the location to town would be hard to beat.

40th wedding anniversary

Picture perfect and even better in reality. A mix of old world and modern charm was wonderfully balanced. The whole experience was made even better with the little extra touches provided by our host including a personal anniversary card and a welome pack. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family. The location is also ideal as its all walking distance to all the amenities Mudgee has to offer. 10 out of 10

Home Away From Home.

We stayed in one of the upstairs apartments - the Flamingo Room. We found it more spacious than we expected. We stayed in autumn, so we loved the through breeze and having meals on the front covered verandah over the pavement. There is keyless entry, so we could let ourselves in. The place is private, well equipped, clean and well furnished. Ronya, our hostess, soon came by the give us a welcome and to check we had everything we needed. We could walk to everything in Mudgee, the pubs and cafés, but had to drive to the wineries or out of town restaurants. Our favourite walk was along the Cudgegong Riverbank to the sculpture garden and beyond. We would stay here again when coming to Mudgee.

ABSOLUTE GEM IN MUDGEE!

We stayed in The Flamingo apartment at 70 on Mortimer for 3 nights last week. We were absolutely delighted with this apartment and how well equipped it was, there was everything that anyone could need, fully equipped, eat in kitchen with coffee machine, sandwich toaster, toaster, kettle, full fridge/freezer, laundry facilities, extra bedding, all bathroom amenities you would need including toothbrush, razor, hairspray, hairdryer, shampoo etc. the attention to detail was excellent. The veranda was spacious and very comfortable! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the centre of town! The decor was beautiful, quite an eclectic mix! We have stayed in many holiday rentals, here and overseas, this is one of the most comfortable and relaxing places we have stayed! Ronya was a perfect host, if we needed anything, or to know anything, we would send an email and would get a reply within minutes! If back in Mudgee, wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

What a gorgeous place to stay in Mudgee. Everything was perfect!

The flamingo room is a “must stay” experience. We just loved the decor and the central location meant we could walk everywhere. Our host Ronya had provided everything we could ever wish for. We absolutely loved it.

Close to town.

We stayed in the Flamingo Room and it was very well appointed. One of the best things about the accomodation is it’s proximity to the Mudgee town centre. You are no more than 10 minutes walk from everything. The apartment was clean, the welcome wine and nibbles were nice, and the verandah overlooking the streetscape was appreciated after a busy day exploring. Would definitely recommend.

We had the most wonderful stay, the best property (by far) that we have ever stayed in Mudgee. A beautifully stylish apartment where everything you’re needing has been thought of. Lovely and quiet considering proximity to town. Can’t recommend it enough.

Gorgeous newly renovated historical property. Stunning decor and aesthetics with a very romantic feel. We felt totally at home and really enjoyed listening to the birds sing at sunset whilst we enjoyed a sundowner on the balcony couch. Excellent location, with the best pub in town about 2 mins walk away, and a fab wine bar about 5 mins walk away.
