We had an amazing stay; the only issue was the lack of information from the desk when we checked in. We were not informed that there was a shuttle bus; we only found out when we were looking to get a taxi to get into town. The view from the hotel is amazing. The shuttle bus drivers have good customer care. Bar service was a bit slow and could do with paying more attention to guests. We would stay at Lokuthula on our next trip.

Rooms are clean. Staff are kind and polite. Nice national park view. Is you want somewhere quiet , the safari club is the place to be. I liked the idea the idea of not having a television In the room. This is deliberate so one can have a quiet time. It’s so relaxing.

Just breathtaking

We spent four wonderful days at Shongwe Oasis and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The room was comfortable, well-appointed, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were truly incredible, consistently going above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and they made a special effort to help celebrate my husband's birthday, which was greatly appreciated. Breakfast offered a good variety of options each morning and was always enjoyable. The property is also centrally located, making it easy to access local attractions and activities. Our only minor criticism is that the room was a little noisy from around 07h00 each morning, as it bordered the kitchen and service area where staff begin preparing for the day. However, this did not detract significantly from what was otherwise a fantastic experience. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Shongwe Oasis to anyone visiting Victoria Falls.

The property is charming. The units spacious and welcoming. However, the staff is incredible. Personable, caring and engaging.
