Restaurant closed and pool closed, no heat in room till maintenance fixed it, very disappointed on my stay and I often stay there

Bathroom was very dirty. I had to wash the walls and doors right away just to feel comfortable. Hair in the drain as well. We did not have time to bring this up during our stay but I did take photos.
