  • Esta hermosa casa está ubicada en un terreno de 1.24 acres en Deepwater y Marsh está a solo minutos del centro de Charleston. Residiendo al lado de marismas protegidas, es un lugar perfectamente íntimo. Estacione su bote hacia atrás para tener acceso inmediato al río Wando y al puerto de Charleston.

    Esta casa construida a medida, que recuerda a una finca rural, cuenta con un plano de planta abierto, cinco habitaciones bien diseñadas, una cocina gourmet totalmente equipada con 'Butler's Pantry' contigua y lujosos espacios al aire libre que extienden la sala de estar de la casa. Great property in a great location. Close enough to stores and shopping but also right on the water. Easily accessible during low tide and right in the center of everything. Perfect spot with a beautiful home.

Lovely property. Great layout for many guests who need privacy, huge backyard and the dock is such a unique and beautiful feature. We were very pleased with the proximity to the Charleston sights/nightlife (15 minutes or less to many great restaurants and attractions). The next time we’re in Charleston we’ll stay here for sure!

The house is very roomy and easy to navigate. We had a 2 year old with us and he loved running up and down the long hallways. The yard is huge and seemed completely fenced so maybe next time we would bring our dog.

Had the best time ever with my family here! Perfect most charming home and the location was superb. Loved having a beautiful view of the creek and even caught a rainbow during the storms.

Spacious and comfortable this property was a major hit for our visit considering we had our family of 10 of ages 13 to 80! Bedrooms are basic for a comfortable night’s sleep. The master bath offers a wonderful jacuzzi style tub for relaxing. The living/dining/kitchen layout is perfect for gathering with everyone and enjoying each other’s company while preparing shared meals and dining. The screened porch is spacious and delightful as is the wraparound deck both of which flank the dining/kitchen/living layout. Spacious yard for games and activities and the dock beautifully stretches through the reeds to the salt creek which is fun to kayak and connects to the Wando River. AC helps keep cool when it’s hot out. Lots of natural light. Great location as well. About 10 minutes from downtown Charleston, but over the bridge which maintains the retreat feel of this property. Plenty of parking. Host was excellent. Can’t recommend this property highly enough!

I can’t say enough good things about this property. The gorgeous views, the furnishings, the kitchen butler’s pantry- plenty of room for our family of 9 to spread out and have privacy but also large gathering spaces! We were going to a family wedding, so the giant bathroom with enormous vanity, with lighted mirror above allowed all of us ladies (from 3-70) to get ready together, giggling like girls getting ready for our first homecoming dance. Overall- our stay was delightful!

Bachelorette Weekend

The house fit our party of 9 perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was very clean. Perfect distance for trips to the city or to Shem creek, we were able to fit a lot into one weekend!

Great place

This is the second time we have stayed here and it is a lovely house with a great yard and dock for fishing. Good location. The kitchen could stand to be better equipped with cooking utensils and dishes.
