Welcome to Sunset Villa at Bryce Resort! A mountaintop sanctuary famed for its outstanding panoramic views—a setting so beautiful it has served as the backdrop for multiple wedding ceremonies. Enjoy our hot tub, unique indoor/outdoor fireplace, theater room (90" projector), and upstairs gym/game room. Premium details like heated floors ensure a luxury stay. Less than a 5-minute drive to skiing (Bryce Lodge) and Lake Laura. It checks every box—your unforgettable mountain escape awaits!

The space
Sunset Villa features comfortable, stylish gathering spaces designed for a seamless vacation.

Outdoors: The large deck is an entertainment hub! You’ll find incredible mountain views - a backdrop so exceptional it has hosted multiple intimate wedding ceremonies. Imagine sipping wine in the hot tub, watching the sunset over the valley. The deck includes an outdoor dining table, a cozy 6-person couch facing the fireplace, and a brand new 4-burner BBQ grill. Don't forget the dedicated firepit area for s'mores!

Indoors - Main Level: The main living room boasts multiple couches, a fireplace, and tons of natural light pouring in through the cathedral ceilings. A 65” TV can be viewed from the living, kitchen, and dining areas.

Movie Night & Games (Lower Level): Head downstairs for a true cinematic experience! A comfortable sectional sofa faces the huge 90” projector screen with surround sound.

Workout & Play (Upper Level): The dedicated gym area has commercial workout equipment (elliptical, pull-up bar), plus a full-size ping pong table, Pop-A-Shot basketball game, and a dozen board games. Take advantage of the wall of mirrors to master your yoga poses—and don't forget we offer private yoga sessions as an added experience!

Your Sleep Sanctuary (5 Themed Bedrooms):

Blue Mountain Lodge (Main): King bed, valley views, seating area, and ensuite with a spa shower & heated floors.

The Moose Room (Upstairs): Large bedroom with two full beds and access to a full bathroom.

The Green Peak (Upstairs): Down the hall is another room with a full bed and arched ceilings, along with access to a full bathroom.

Gray Mist Slope (Basement): Bedroom with a queen bed, views of the backyard, and access to a full bathroom.

The Bear Den (Basement): Woodsy themed bedroom complete with a bunk bed to include a full mattress and an extra trundle pullout bed for sleepovers. We’ve got you covered with a night light and book collection making for the perfect kids' room.

We had a nice weekend with the family using this as a home base to ski. We had a great time. Sadly, we didn't use the hot tub, firepit etc. as we has 60 MPH winds, but we loved our time there.

Our stay did not end up as a good experience. The dish washer was not functional and we had to spend a lot of times just washing the dishes after every meal. More importantly, the host was not making themself responsilbe for the issue after I communicated. The worst part is they claimed this problem was not brought up during our stay.Furthermore, there were not enough toilet paper in this cabin. We rant out of them towards the end. I wish the host was more responsible, honest, and mindful.

Beautiful Mountain Getaway

This property is the perfect choice for a relaxing family or friends mountain getaway for any time of year. The cabin is in a great location with amazing views and the amenities (game room, theater, etc.) were a huge plus. It was also stocked to the brim with everything you could expect for a weekend getaway location. Check-in was super easy and straight-forward and John was a very friendly and responsive host and that made everything super smooth. The driveway was a tad bit treacherous depending on what type of vehicle was used, but otherwise this was a truly perfect stay with no complaints and would definitely recommend in the future.

Wonderful retreat!

Our group spent a long weekend here and loved it. Wonderful views, relaxing indoor/outdoor fireplace, fire pit for s’mores! We had such a great time and can’t wait to plan our next trip. The driveway is pretty steep, but well maintained and with no snow/weather all of our vehicles were able to make it to the top without 4WD.

Beautiful views

It was in a great location, the views were beautiful and I loved the views from the fire pit and hot tub. We were there for a long weekend and cooked all of our meals so the only negative (which is a very small negative) was that there was only one fridge for all our food and drinks. The kitchen was on the smaller side but we didn’t care since we wanted to take in the outdoors and other areas of the house like the large video room and deck. It snowed while we were there and the driveway up to the cabin was very steep and made me a little nervous not being in a four wheel drive but we made it! Overall property was clean and beautiful and John was a great host!

It was a perfect house in a perfect location! We came with 3 families for “Friendsgiving” and loved the fireplace and outdoor fire pit. It was the perfect space for adults and kids.

Amazing view and a clean house!

Loved it… amazing deck with a view and nice outdoor sitting area, with a fire pit, fireplace and plenty of chairs. Very clean house and very well equipped! Kids loved the projector downstairs and the ping pong table upstairs! Would definitely come back!

Well-stocked cabin with nice amenities in very quiet location

The home is exactly as shown and had everything we needed. It was clean and well stocked. The hot tub got good use and the outdoor space was large. The dual-sided fireplace was a nice touch and the kids enjoyed the movie theater downstairs. Plenty of room too! We came for a quick getaway and planned to cook. I suggest that because there really isn't anything much that is close by. The location will be best for those looking to ski at Bryce, it's not that close to Luray (we traveled for that). Overall it was a nice weekend.
