The Space:
Whispering Willow, updated cabin with a brand new fire pit - perfect for roasting marshmallows. Enjoy the spacious screened in porch, large deck - perfect for grilling and taking in the views. Our fully stocked kitchen is ready for your family recipes. Our cabin comes stocked with indoor and outdoor games, so there’s a little something for everyone. Just a short drive to the Meems Bottom Covered Bridge and Route 11 Potato Chip Factory or spend the day hiking the George Washington and Jefferson National Forests - fun for the whole family!

The cabin includes:
- Bright and spacious living area
- 3 spacious bedrooms (3 Kings and 1 Twin bunk bed - 5 beds total)
- 2 Full Bathroom with plenty of storage
- Fully stocked kitchen with all the comforts of home
- Gas heat & Central AC (to keep you comfortable no matter the weather!)
- Smart TV where you can quickly sign into your favorite streaming service
- Fast, reliable WiFi that’s more than enough to stream movies and hold video calls

Outside you’ll find:
- Brand new hot tub!
- Brand new fire pit!
- Deck & propane grill
- Large deck for grilling and relaxing
- Spacious yard for all your outdoor activities (we’ll provide the games)

We often take our three little kids and dog to the cabin with us, so we're very family- and dog-friendly. Unfortunately we don't allow cats (we're allergic).

Please note: Our cleaning team sweeps the deck, stairs, and walkways before each arrival, but due to the natural setting, you may still notice some leaves, pollen, or similar—especially during certain seasons. We appreciate your understanding as nature tends to leave its mark, no matter how often we tidy up!

Beyond the cabin itself, we love how close we are to Bryce Resort (just a 10 minute drive away). The resort has tons of things to do – from skiing and snow tubing in the winter, to swimming, kayaking, and golfing in the summer. And of course, many great restaurants, bars, and shops as well. Plenty to keep everyone entertained!

This area of Virginia has so much to offer, and Whispering Willow is the perfect place – whether you want to explore the area, or just relax on the deck and take in the sunsets. We’d love to host you!

Cozy little cabin!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay (with our two dogs)! Perfect location; close to Bryce Resort for downhill mountain biking (or skiing in the winter) and lots of hiking trails in the area. House was clean and so was the hot tub. Saw lots of wildlife during our stay. No issue with hot water in the shower like a previous review mentioned. Host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond if we had any questions. Would definitely stay again when visiting the area!

Disappointing in too many ways

Tony was our host. We never saw him. Nor did we get sheets for the bed we slept in. The hot tub was disgusting and appeared to have soap suds in it. There were no bowls in the kitchen. The upstairs shower had only hot water. The downstairs shower had only cold water. There was inadequate seating in the living room for the number of occupants staying there.
