Welcome to Case Del Mar, Exuma!
Lovely and Contemporary Pool Villa (4 to 6 Bedrooms) accommodates up to 10-12 people.

Hurricane proof high standards! Full refund in case of any restrictions or force majeure!

Direct access to two-miles white sand beach. Hotel amenities. Children are welcomed! We recommend Beach Villa for multi family with kids or large group stay.
Stunning views modern villa in Exuma sitting right in front of beautiful beach.
Outside patio is furnished with set of sofas and chairs.

Kayaks, SUPs and snorkelling sets are available for our guests.
Sandy wind protected playground with children play set and volley/soccer court is now open exclusively for our guests!
Airport transfer and mid-week cleaning included for stays over 5 nights.
What is provided in the Villa:
- full set of hotels amenities (liquid soap, shampoo, hand and bath towels);
- fully equipped kitchens;
- laundry room with washer & dryer sets (at least one per villa);
- paper towels, dishwasher detergent, washer detergent;
- limited quantity of drinkable water as well as water for icemaker in pool villas (can be ordered or purchased additionally);
- gas for BBQ;
- bathrobes;
- personal safe box;
- beach towels;
- beach chairs and umbrellas;
- use of kayaks, paddle boards, snorkel equipment, water toys. Please co-ordinate with Esther if you need more kayaks/ paddle boards at certain time;

Located on the most pristine and beautiful beach in Exumas, consisting of two wings single or two family house for up to 12 guests ( 10 adults+ 2 children) with private courtyard, pool, lounge and BBQ areas. The first floor of EACH wing contains 2 bedrooms each with bathroom en suite and direct access to the pool and courtyard along with an additional family room convertible to an extra 3rd bedroom.
Master suite has a king bed, guest master suite has a queen bed and the extra 3rd bedroom has a queen sized fold out sleeper sofa.
The 2nd floor of each wing consists of a complete modern kitchen, half bath and an expansive living and entertainment room with an 240 sf covered outdoor balcony overlooking the ocean.

Awesome place for large group

We stayed here with extended family. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms - party of 10 was quite comfortable. Loved the private pool and the large family room and kitchen on each wing. The location is great, only 5 min from airport and right on the prettiest beach on the island. For some reason, the water seemed a brighter blue. If the water is calm, you can snorkel out to a reef about 100 yards out that is pretty good. My daughter and fiancee kayaked out to the island which was fun. Finally, the caretaker was awesome to work with; letting us in early and stay a few hours after checkout to accommodate for our flights. The rental came with filtered water bins which she coordinated refill when empty which was unexpected. Would love to return.

Disappointed with some aspects of our stay

While we enjoyed our stay for the most part...the location, beach, pool etc we were disappointed about other issues. The dishwasher and dryer in the West unit did not work, let management know and they had someone look at it the following day. Said it was fixed however the dryer did not work our entire stay. Luckily we had the East unit's to use. The WIFI worked arrival day and did not work the rest of the vacation. Let management know and was told they were waiting on a resolution from the owner. I guess there was no resolution, because it was never restored. We requested a midweek cleaning since the villa's description said it was included with a 5 plus day stay. The response from management was that it was not yet confirmed. It must have never been confirmed because we never received it either. We had to wash our own towels etc since no fresh ones were brought even after requesting them. The communication from Gabby was non existent, her assistant did all of the communicating, but that ended on Wednesday...did not hear from either of them since then. I addressed these issues with the owner while we were still there and he said he sent it onto Gabby and asked if I communicated the issues with her, which I had already done with no response. Management seemed to place the blame on the owner and the owner pushed it back onto management and none of the issues were resolved. I had reached out to the owner after departing and still have had no response.

Worst Trip Ever

Beautiful Property,but rundown. Needs work and fixing.Had cold water all week! Cold showers 5 out of seven nights.Texting manager and was told she would take care of it never did! Air conditioner in one room wasn’t working.Many other things went wrong.Too many to list. Would Never go back. Beach was gorgeous Have rented many Villas all over Caribbean,this was the Worst one! Very stressful week

Excellent location

Great place for 4 couples. We stayed here for my 50th birthday. Beach is beautiful and we had it to ourselves. Property has some upkeep issues but not unexpected for beachfront island property that gets a lot of wear and tear. We never got to meet Gabby but the cleaning crew let us in as they were wrapping up when we arrived. Had a couple of issues that Gabby addressed. Overall great vacation!

Casa Del Mar Villa I - Great Location Property needs some love

We had a wonderful week in Exuma while staying at Casa Del Mar. The house is in a great location on the island and is a really cool layout for big groups- our family had a wonderful time! The owner is quick to respond and helpful while booking, once passed onto the property manager you may find the response time to be longer & extremely limited. She never did come to meet us at check in time, however she did accommodate us for an early check in which we very much appreciated! The property manager sent her assistant, Darron to welcome us, he was AMAZING- helped with all our questions and house needs. The house has several maintenance issues and items needing to be fixed- that we reported to Darron. The house is really cool and has great amenities & space, Exuma is an amazing island & we felt very safe at Casa Del Mar.

A True Paradise!

Casa del Mar is a picture perfect vacation paradise! We stayed in villas I and II and they did not disappoint. The sweeping views of the water, the beautiful pool area, and the home furnishings were just a few of the highlights. Darron was an incredible property manager. He took care of some small issues so promptly and allowed us to come in the house and change before it was technically ready for us. We will be returning for sure.

Villa 2

Very close to airport. Takes about 20 minutes to drive into Georgetown for groceries. The set up of the property was great for four couples. Having our own private pool and great ocean views from our balconies was a huge plus! The beach was very private and most of the time we had it to ourselves. Wish the beach chairs were in better shape only a few were usable. Plenty of beach towels available. No table games in either unit. We did bring cards and one game with us. There are frequent power surges. The flashlight in the unit needed new batteries. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen area. Had to call the property manager to bring a propane tank. You have to arrange in advance if you want to use the icemaker on the refrigerator. The air conditioner in one unit had to be attended to a few times. The ceiling fan in the upstairs of one unit missing a blade so fan could not be used. Would have been nice to use the fan when air conditioning not working. Some furniture pieces needed to be updated. One of the king beds headboard looked like a cat had scratched it all up. Safe was locked asked property manager few times to unlock for us. Never unlocked. Upon arrival floors were still dirty. There was a mop available. Just needs a little TLC. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. The beauty of the islands beaches outweighed everything else!

Overall the house was wonderful. Great location. Nice layout, especially for 2 families. A couple minor issues with an AC unit. Wasn’t one in any of the bedrooms so it didn’t affect us too much. Also, we couldn’t swim in the pool the first couple days because the filter broke and they were waiting for a replacement. However we were allowed to swim in the villas pool behind ours since there were no guests occupying, so that was nice. You’re on island time and have to be understanding with these issues since most repairs/parts have to be flown in from Nassau. Nothing that wouldn’t keep me from staying again. Would highly recommend!

Awesome beach and close to airport

Amazing I highly recommend and Gabby was awesome as well. We even hung out with the neighbors during our stay and had a blast with everyone on our beach! House accommodated our party of 12 !

Amazing Villa!

We stayed at Casa Del Mar for 10 days. The owner and property manager are highly efficient in creating comfort, luxury and convenience for their guests. The property has the most amazing ocean view!! The lay out is perfect. I recommend the villa to anyone. We will be returning to Casa Del Mar in the near future. Thank you Gabby and Vladimir for helping make our vacation unforgettable!

Property subpar, in a state of disrepair, non responsive property manager and extremely rude and off

1. Property manager did not meet us to show the property. 2.There were not the number of kayaks as advertised, we asked multiple times to rectify this but the property manager was non responsive later explaining that "she was travelling with her baby and had her hands full" 3.There was no shampoo in the bathrooms, the mirror lights were broken, 4. The refrigerator's ice maker was broken had to use trays also there were missing shelves and bins. 5. the outside furniture cushions were all ripped so you couldnt sit on them 6. the outside side table had no glass on top so unusable 7. The front upstairs balcony glass on one section was shattered and therefore dangerous. 8. Finally and the worst was the fact that we had a wedding on the beach and reception for family in the villa, with a chef and the villa lost water supply 2 hours before the wedding and it was not restored for 24 hours so imagine the chaos and basically ruined wedding. The property manager as usual was non responsive and the owner blamed it on an island issue. Unfortunately for him I have photographs that his water main/pipe was broken and had nothing to do with an "island issue" When I asked for assistance and response to salvage the wedding and advised that I would address with VRBO as he was not offering a any solution he called me a "blackmailer". So I would like a full refund as this experience was terrible. I have photographs of the actual property and they do not reflect those advertised by VRBO.

Lovely Home

Had a wonderful time at Casa del Mar! Check in was easy and everyone was very helpful. Property was well equipped and location was great. We were traveling with another family and the layout worked perfectly. Pool area was awesome and loved the super close proximity to beach.

Beautiful! No stress!

We went with our daughters for their last high school spring break. We had the two villas separated by the pool. It was a perfect vacation. Gabby was amazing and our private chef Brenda did an awesome job on a special night. I would recommend this place and these people to anyone.

Nice quick excess to beach

Our villa was nice, beds needs updated mattress, queen and king. Beach chairs need to be updated brought one to beach was broke tried another side fell off. Pool was freezing 🥶 could not use all week or kids. Bring lot of cash...very expensive island. Beautiful beaches. Sundays no stores open and plan to if if there's another holiday we're everything is closed.

Perfect vacation - and we’ll be back!

Everything was as described. Property is literally steps away from the beach. The pool is perfect. Gabby is sweet and responsive. Plenty of room for our family: 8 adults and two young children. Kitchen well equipped. We look forward to returning! Only problems were the kitchen sink which, in the absence of a working disposal, kept backing up - and one of the air conditioners wasn’t working. Still the property is fantastic! If you don’t rent a car, Gabby can connect you with Floyd who is an amazing taxi driver whom we used all week. Great guy, wonderful personality and refreshingly reliable. Having visited other beaches on the island, the one here is the best! Beautiful white sand. House is equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks and toys for the kids. In short: We couldn’t have asked for anything more!
