  • Esta casa histórica se encuentra en el centro de Greeneville, Tennessee. Greeneville es la segunda ciudad más antigua de Tennessee, y se encuentra en las estribaciones de las montañas Blue Ridge. Una sala de juegos con aire acondicionado y calefacción está situada en un edificio adyacente y tiene air hockey, mesa de ping-pong, zona de cocina con nevera y un televisor de pantalla plana. Toda la televisión por cable y tienen hay internet inalámbrico en toda la casa. Hay dos entradas a la casa, uno desde el nivel superior y uno desde el patio trasero en el nivel inferior. Nuestra casa está ubicada en una esquina con un montón de zonas de patio y jardín bien cuidado. El garaje puede caber fácilmente dos coches, y además hay espacio para aparcar los coches adicionales en el camino de entrada grande.

    1 dormitorio con una cama king size y un sofá-cama doble. 2 dormitorios tiene una cama king size, un vestidor y una zona de tocador. 3 dormitorios tiene una cama matrimonial. Hay dos cuartos de baño de tamaño completo, una con una combinación de bañera y ducha y el otro con ducha.

    La cocina totalmente equipada con una isla tiene una gran refrigerador de puertas francesas, un rango con un doble horno, microondas, lavavajillas y encimeras de granito con un montón de armario y espacio en el mostrador. La gran mesa de comedor con capacidad para ocho cómodamente, y no hay espacio en el mostrador con taburetes y una pequeña mesa en el porche de sol para las áreas de alimentación adicionales.

Our family of 6 had a lovely stay. Check in and communication were great, and we appreciated the flexibility granted for a later check out time. The kitchen is well stocked and appliances in good condition.

Great space for our family!

The house is in a great location and the rooms were all comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. On Saturday there was a farmers market right outside the house, which was great! We’d definitely stay again.

Great location near Greenville center

We were here for a basketball tournament. Location was great. Beds and kitchen were nice. The new years fireworks downtown that we could view from the porch were a great cap to a nice stay.

We loved the vintage charm of this property! The location to downtown was great! There was a Farmer’s Market next door on Saturday morning for the community to enjoy! There was plenty of space and a well stocked kitchen! We would definitely stay here again if we are back this way!

Lovely home in charming city

We had a great time visiting Greeneville for a wedding. The house was perfect for us. Very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels and in a great location for walking and exploring the town. Checking in was so easy and the few questions we had were answered very promptly. Definitely would recommend.

Thanksgiving blessings

Enjoyed being together and giving thanks for the blessings of family. Home was well appointed to cook Thanksgiving meal, and children had plenty to keep them busy. Everything was clean and comfortable. Our second Thanksgiving here.

This home is a wonderful gem! Perfectly appointed. Great kitchen! We appreciated that there were spices and various coffee/tea available. Its within walking distance to downtown Greenville and close to everything. Communicating with owner was timely and they were very accommodating. We would definitely recommend this home.

Quiet place, great for a family stay

Super clean historic home, beautifully renovated! Comfortable beds, plenary of room for the kids for entertainment. The koi pond was fun to watch too, especially for the kiddos! Will definitely book again! Highly recommend!

NJCAA Nationals

We were in town for the NJCAA National baseball tournament at Tusculum University…it was my husband and I with my parents and was the perfect set up for what we needed!
