Our home is cozy and welcoming, an open loft design makes it spacious and the pine logs give an authentic cabin experience. This home is newly equipped with central air conditioning. Its 15 minutes from All Star Village in Oneonta,10 minutes from Gilbert Lake state park and 25 miles to Cooperstown. Please note there are 2 outdoor security cameras

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin during our son’s week at Cooperstown All Star village. It was clean, cozy, and included all the amenities!

Great Stay! Enjoyed the peace and quiet.

We really enjoyed the overall feel of the cabin. High end appliances, comfortable bed and great space! The attention to detail and décor was fantastic. We would rent again for sure!

Beautiful, quiet, and cozy.

Beautiful location and the property was decorated nicely. The property owner was prompt in replying when we had a problem with the house heater. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Stayed there for my sons cooperstown all star village tournament. 12 min away. Just like descrives and Joanna was a great host.

Wonderful

The cleanest and nicest VRBO we have stayed at! The owner has put a lot of love into this rental and it shows. Highly recommend! It’s a gorgeous property and the owner was great to work with. If you don’t mind being away from town (around 20 minutes from Oneonta center) and enjoy being surrounded by nature in a lovely private setting this is the perfect spot.

Great house

The house is perfect we were there to watch grandson play in Cooperstown. Be careful when going first time as cellphone signal goes out. We got lost first try once there it’s great!! Few things be aware of 1. Washer no dryer 2. No ice maker but ice trays 3. The only down side is no blinds or drapes in bedroom sun comes up around 5:30 am !! Landscaping and interior very nice

Cooperstown Experience

We came to Oneonta for a baseball tournament in July. We knew this would be a bit of a drive into town but figured it would be worth it based on it appearing to be a beautiful home. After seeing the various accommodations our other baseball families stayed in, I'm so glad we made the decision. The cabin is a beautiful oasis in the woods of upstate NY. It's an exceptionally clean and well cared for home.

Better than the pictures!

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin is more beautiful in person than the pictures show! The area is quiet and just what we needed for a week away. Joanna maintains the property so well and you can tell the place was designed thoughtfully. If you have a car with built in GPS, use that instead of Google Maps or Waze as it will be more accurate. As other guests have mentioned the screens on the windows have holes so when we checked in there were 5-6 wasps in the bedroom. Joanna quickly responded by sending pest control as soon as they could make it out to refresh the treatment on the house. We also had a storm during our stay and lost power for a few hours over night and a few hours during the day so you may want to bring your own media on your own devices and keep them charged until power can be restored. The correct wifi password is also on the wall in the home in case the one on Vrbo does not work.

Perfect peaceful getaway

Love the modern rustic decor. Incredibly peaceful and welcoming. Beautifully decorated. Hummingbirds everywhere. 15 min drive from All Star Village. I would definitely stay here again. Only suggestions… screens in downstairs windows. clothes dryer, and possibly a way to dim the lights in the driveway to make star gazing better.

Quiet and relaxing

Overall very pleased. Rustic charm with all the amenities you need. Kitchen is full everything you need, no need to bring any kitchen tools. The appliances are high end, good WiFi-5G. Only improvement, add screens to all windows to take full advantage of beautiful weather.

Love/Hate ;(

Lovely house, wifi didn’t work well for TV at all. Kept shutting down. Couldn’t make calls out on our phones. If you need to use the queen pull outs make sure you ask they leave the sheets they aren’t in a closet. Pictures showed a washing machine so I assumed a dryer was there too, but no access to dryer. You don’t have full access to house. The downstairs is closed off. It got really warm a fan would have been nice to have to circulate air. Water pressure low and hot water runs out fast. Not much sitting room outside enough for 4ppl. It was a lovely house and front yard area it’s huge. All in all it was an ok experience.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Perfect place to kick back and relax with all the comforts of home. Everything needed, provided. Great place for a family vacation with dogs. Would definitely return.
