The restored Gulfhof is located in a quiet, yet central district of Neermoor. A terrace and the garden with barbecue and a heated swimming-natural pond (for shared use) are available. Also a sauna can be used after arrangement with the landlord. Moormerland is located in the city triangle of Emden, Leer and Aurich. The Fehnlandschaft Moormerlands is characterized by canals, Wieken and the Fehn-typical bascule bridges. Signposted cycling and hiking trails amidst a great natural landscape want to be explored on foot, by bike or by boat. A tourist highlight is the Ems barrage in Gandersum. Here you can experience the latest technology. Cruise ships of the Meyer shipyard get over the Ems barrage in the big wide world. Culturally Moormerland has a lot to offer, eg. For example, the Museum Alte Seilerei, the lock, the pumping station and the Old Libra in Oldersum, the Gallerieholländerwindmühlen in Neermoor and Warsingsfehn, the Museum Hueitens Huus and numerous churches and historic cemeteries. Event highlights in Moormerland: every two years in May the Schollentage, the Hatshauser Feuerwehrfest on the second weekend in July, on the last weekend of July the Moormerländer Weinfest, the Oldersumer Herbst with Krimilesung, Michaelismarkt and Apple Festival annually on the third weekend in September, in December some villages different Christmas markets, with a special flair, instead.

In the living room zus. Sofa bed. The apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers, floor coverings made of laminate or Tiles. Beds and mattresses are made of hypoallergenic materials. Extra pillows and blankets are provided. Non smoking apartment, pets are not allowed. In the living room SAT-TV, in the kitchen CD / radio, bath with shower / WC, hair dryer. Floor heating in the bathroom. Washing machine, dryer, ironing board u. Irons are available. Bed linen, towels incl. Garden furniture, bicycles, canoes, Nordic walking poles and barbecue are available free of charge. Sauna use on request. A heated swimming-natural pond for sharing.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departures from 06:00 to 10:00.

Einen wundervollen Kurzurlaub...

...haben wir hier verbracht. Saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Hier wurde von den Gastgebern wirklich an alles gedacht; man kam sich eher vor, als wäre man bei Freunden zu Besuch, und nicht einfach nur ein zahlender Gast. Von den auf der nahen Bahnlinie fahrenden Zügen hört man nur ein leises - keinesfalls störendes - Rauschen, denn davor liegt noch eine Häuserreihe mit üppigen Gärten, so dass die Geräusche gut gedämmt werden (Wir hatten vorher auch ein wenig Bedenken deswegen). Der PKW findet einen eigenen Stellplatz und muss nicht am Straßenrand stehen. Es steht ein kleiner Pavillon im Garten zur Verfügung, der - versehen mit Fliegenschutzgittern - ohne Angst vor Mücken, zu einem gemütlichen Drink einlädt. Ferner stehen noch eine sichtgeschützte Terrasse mit Sitzgruppe und ein Strandkorb zur Entspannung bereit. Sogar der Schwimmteich der Hauseigentümer darf nach Absprache mitbenutzt werden. Das Ganze auch noch zu einem spitzenmäßigen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Da gibt es nichts zu meckern; diese Ferienwohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert. Der Ort Neermoor verfügt zudem über eine recht gute Infrastruktur, so dass auch die Nahversorgung gewährleistet ist.
