"Villa Toscana" vacation home in the garden in a rural idyll

Holiday home not far from Munich, Augsburg and the Fünfseenland with Ammersee, Wörthsee etc. It belongs to a former farm from 1700 and was the "Austragshäusl" It is about 70sqm in size and newly renovated. Since the property was developed Mediterranean, we call it the "Villa Toscana".

There are the following rooms: living room with sofa bed, double room with large shower and washbasin, double room, first floor with 3 beds. The upper floor has no toilet and the stairs down is narrow and steep!

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cookware, cutlery and kitchenware for 9 people. WLAN 16 MBit. SATELLITE TV.

The house has a modern fuel central heating. In summer, all solar is heated.

The large terrace and the covered barbecue area may be used. In the large garden and in the greenhouse you will find a lot of fruit and vegetables depending on the season. What you find may be harvested or nibbled. Ample parking is available on and in front of the property. Two older bicycles are available to guests.

Grunertshofen is located on the Roman road and the current bike path Via Julia.

In the direct neighborhood there is a bakery (open 6-10, Sat-12am). The yard on the south side of the property is in operation and he has a farm shop z. B. for free-range eggs. Sometimes there is country air.

Alles wie versprochen!

Super nett vom Vermieter empfangen worden. Haben den Aufenthalt genossen und überhaupt nichts vermisst. Die Lage ist super für Ausflüge nach München, Schloß Neuschwanstein usw. perfekt. Sollten wir wieder in die Region wollen, dann wieder gerne in diese Unterkunft. Sup

Pleasant stay in Moorenweis, Germany

Harry and Malo are wonderful hosts! We had everything we needed and if we didn’t they were right there to assist. We love staying in local communities and this one was perfect. We were able to travel in multiple directions from our base home away from home. We recommend having a car to stay here.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Mit der S-Bahn ist man vom Nachbarort aus flott in München (, ganz ohne Parkgebühren. Ansonsten ist man schnell in FFB, am Ammersee, Augsburg ist nicht weit.... Sehr zu empfehlen!

Schönes Ferienhaus auf dem Land

Das Ferienhaus ist schön gestaltet und passt sehr zum Thema "Toscana". Die Küche ist sehr geräumig und der Garten wunderschön angelegt. Der vorhandene Grill konnte von uns ebenfalls mitbenutzt werden. Einziges Manko: Es gab während unseres Aufenthalts ein wenig Schwierigkeiten mit dem WLAN Empfang. Dieses konnte innerhalb des Hauses kaum empfangen werden.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr ordentliche und sauber. Das Ferienhaus ist super ausgestattet. Es gab keine Mängel. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sollten wir noch einmal in der Nähe sein, würden wir sehr gerne wieder hier einkehren. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen.

Enjoyable stay in the country

This is a rustic house in a quiet village surrounded by active agriculture and country life. The house itself was clean and well kept. We had to specially request the child's crib and chair, which are shown in the pictures, but they were available.

Great Host

We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa Toscana. It was clean and reasonably distanced from downtown. Harry, the host, is very nice and went beyond his way to help us with anything we needed including adding an additional crib so our twin babies can each have their own crib. There’s also a bakery and store nearby for buying fresh bread and eggs every day.

Entspannung pur!

Die Beschreibung des Hauses war unserer Meinung nach genau-wir haben allerdings die enorme Geruchsentwicklung vom Hühnerhof nebenan unterschätzt...! Unser Kind hatte sehr viel Freude mit dem Teich - für kleinere Kinder ist jedoch Vorsicht geboten-keine Absperrung/Sicherung. Unsere Eltern hatten Mühe mit der Tritthöhe der Stufen im Haus (Weg zur Toilette) aber auch das ging aus der Beschreibung vom Mieter hervor...! Alles in allem war das Objekt aber ein wundervoller Ort zur Erholung, wir konnten uns "wie zuhause" fühlen, Trauben, Zucchini und Tomaten ernten etc. und genossen deshalb jeden Tag unseres Aufenthaltes! Danke dafür!!!

Die Wohnung hat genau für unser Wochenende gepasst. Der Tisch war groß genug zum Spiele spielen. Die Vermieter waren super nett und haben bei Fragen sofort geholfen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
