"The door lock kept jamming every time we opened it. The AC unit was hard to control. The room was either too hot or too cold. The water pressure was terrible in the sink and toilet. We asked to have the room cleaned and we were told it had to be requested at check-in. We had to get our own clean towels from the cart in the hall. Very disappointed in our stay. "

"Everything was great Breakfast was perfect but Bartender on Saturday was rude and not polite at all. Complimentary drinks bartender was same. Very rude. From desk lady was amazing and workers was very helpful"

"During my day April 25/26, my carpet in room 101 was drenched needing to have fans running the entire time. The odor was a very strong musty/mildew type smell which caused my son and I both to have headaches. The receptionist was very understanding and helpful but the room was unacceptable."

"The staff was not friendly neither at check-in nor check-out. I was asked to sign a document of not smoking and threatened with various penalties, but the room was horribly smelly. Also the lock on the door (which faces out onto the parking lot) was broken. I will certainly not stay at a Red Roof Inn again if I can avoid it."

"I arrived at the hotel around 11:50 PM on May 2 to check in. At the front desk, I was told the hotel was overbooked and that no rooms were available. This was unacceptable. I had a confirmed reservation, and I arrived during the valid reservation night."

"The room was very clean & spacious, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of choices, the eggs were real & everything was fresh & hot. The staff was great, the night staff especially when kids were running the halls & knocking on doors they defused it very quickly. It was close to some shops & grocery stores. "

"The hotel and rooms were very clean. Bed was comfortable. There is no jacuzzi although they do have an indoor pool. The continental breakfast was mediocre, items on the hot side were not refilled promptly. "
