The house was great and was just what we needed. Felt nicely updated and is conveniently located a few blocks from main street. Nice quiet neighborhood. The hosts were great and very responsive! The weather was hot but the mini-split system kept the house very comfortable. All good for us!

Close to Black Canyon of the Gunnison

The rental was in a quiet, safe and convenient neighborhood and afforded us a short drive to the national park.

We had a lovely stay. Clean, comfortable beds, and plenty of towels. We were very comfortable during our stay.

Our stay was enjoyable. House was very nice. Kitchen was equipped with everything I needed. Prepared food for our son’s wedding. Would definitely stay again.

Very few places we have stayed before focus on the quality of the beds - this place had fantastic mattresses in all three bedrooms!

A good home for 8 people

We liked this home a lot and located in the prime location but quite neighborhood of Montrose. If I get a chance, I will definitely stay here.

Contemporary thoughtfully appointed cottage

Convenient and quiet - with everything we needed for a cozy stay. I especially liked the air conditioner/fan in the bedrooms with easy wireless control.

Everything was great and was as advertised. The only issue we had was that it was very warm in the house when we arrived (79 degrees). One of the AC units (bunk room) was not working.

Bike and Golf Montrose

Two friends and I stayed at the home for a few days while we biked and golfed our way around the western slope. The house was perfect and the location was just what we needed, because it was close to Main Street but quiet and peaceful.

Montrose welcome

The property was very clean and nicely decorated. We were here visiting our son who just started as a National park ranger in BCG. His apartment is just a few blocks away. Would love to stay here on our next visit

Great space and great location!

Hosts were very communicative and helpful. The home was very comfortable and spacious, with a large kitchen. Plenty of room for our crew! The location was great and easy to get to with a straight shot to the mountains and the airport! Would strongly recommend this host and location! Thanks!

We had a delightful time. The house was close to all the areas that we want to visit. We even went to the Hot Springs. The only downside was the air conditioning but we cleaned the filters and hosed down the compressor and the house got cold.

Cute bungalow

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for two couples. The kitchen is nice and large. The only thing that I would add are some shades on the entrance side of the house. It was warm when we got there but we were able to cool it down with the fans. We would stay there again if we came back to Montrose.
