PRIVATE POOL AND BACKYARD
From May 1 to September 30, enjoy the private backyard and heated saltwater in-ground pool, reserved exclusively for your group. The pool is approximately 27 × 16 ft and ranges from 3 to 8 ft deep. Opening and water temperature depend on weather, maintenance, and equipment operation. Children must always be supervised by an adult.

PRIVACY
You have the advertised ground floor and outdoor spaces to yourselves. We live on a separate level with a different entrance; no indoor space is shared. We remain available when needed while fully respecting your privacy.

LOCATION
The home is in a residential area of Laval near public transit, shops, and restaurants. Montréal–Trudeau Airport and downtown Montréal are generally easy to reach by car, depending on traffic.

BEFORE BOOKING
• Self check-in from 3:00 p.m.; checkout by 10:00 a.m.
• Early check-in or late checkout: by request, subject to availability and an additional fee
• Strict maximum of 8 people on the property
• Base price covers up to 6 guests; additional fees apply to the 7th and 8th guests
• Everyone entering the property must be included in the reservation
• No parties, events, or indoor smoking
• Quiet hours: 9:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m.
• Noise complaints or undeclared guests may lead to Vrbo intervention and termination of the stay under platform rules
