The Space:
You cannot beat this location in the Bohemian, youthful Le Plateau neighborhood. It’s a prime spot if you’re looking for fun in Montreal, as it’s a great area for nightlife in the center of the city, and you’ll be able to walk everywhere. Plus, the picturesque streets of this neighborhood will delight your senses at every turn. This location is where everyone coming to Montreal wants to be!

Parties are not allowed, but you may have music without worrying to disturb neighbours, as the unit is not close to residential units. The unit is also walking distance to a variety of restaurants and clubs.

The Neighborhood:
The laid-back Plateau area is known as a young, hip neighborhood with streets full of charming townhouses, casual cafes, trendy eateries, busy bars and clubs, art galleries, and theaters. So much is within walking distance!

For culinary adventures, this may be the best area in all of Montreal! A few nearby gems:

- Diablo’s BBQ Cantina (just around the corner)
- Maestro SVP
- Casa Minhota

And, of course, no visit to Montreal is complete without a visit to legendary Schwartz’s (only 3 blocks away) for their signature smoked meat on rye.

Walking distance to:
- Mont-Royal Avenue & Saint-Denis Street are both lined with eateries, outdoor cafes, lively bars, theaters & shopping
- 2 parks nearby, Mount Royal and La Fontaine, with beautiful views surrounded by nature

Getting Around:
The apartment is about 30 minutes from the Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport by car or taxi. We’re also happy to arrange private transportation for you.

If you’re not driving, then the best way to get to the apartment from the Central Station is by Uber, it will take about 12 minutes (3 km).

You can also take the metro, line 2, to Sherbrooke station. From there, it’s about an 8-min walk to the apartment. This will take about 25 minutes.

EXPLORING: Once you’re here, you can easily walk or rent a Bixi bike to explore the area. In fact, you can easily walk to many top Montreal attractions in under a half-hour! If you want to go a bit further, taxis and public transit are convenient and affordable. The nearest metro station is just 700 meters away (Sherbrooke - Blue Line).

PARKING: If you plan to arrive by car, please be aware that there is no parking available at the building. However, you can find street parking on the main street for a fee, payable at the parking kiosks, either by the hour or opt for a day pass on adjacent streets ($14 for a 24-hour period). Additionally, there are several paid parking lots nearby, such as the indoor lot at the Excentris building (accessible via Milton Street).

PARKING ON STREET: If you want to park your car on the street, please pay attention to the signs. Parking is generally paid on major thoroughfares and prohibited on main avenues and some shopping streets. In some sectors, parking spaces are reserved for residents if they have a permit. A day permit can be purchased at any parking kiosk. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PARKING FINES OR TICKETS.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that we also manage 3 additional units located in the building down the street, making it possible to accommodate larger groups. If you are traveling with a big group, please reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to provide a personalized offer tailored to your needs.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor, and like most buildings in the Plateau area, there are stairs. You’ll need to climb the interior stairs to the top floor.

For business travelers, we can provide an invoice for tax deductions.

The apartment is located facing Saint-Laurent Street, so you may hear some street noise, especially at night since it's a bustling area. It's a street lined with restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. We provide earplugs for those sensitive to noise. However, the bedroom is situated away from the front windows, ensuring a quiet atmosphere. On the bright side, if you're up for exploring Montreal's vibrant nightlife, you won't have to venture far from your doorstep!

Please note that candles, incense or any other burnable object with flames inside the property are not allowed.

We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive: drinking water, soap, shampoo, shower gel, and toilet paper. Please note that these are not replenished during your stay.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

House Rules:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the apartment. The use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events or illegal activity is permitted, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. Please, no music after 11 pm. You may enjoy music at a moderate volume until 11 pm; we just ask that you please be respectful of the neighbors. The area has great restaurants and clubs where you can continue past 11 pm.
- Please do not tamper with or disconnect the devices.
- Please note that in the event of excessive noise, the power to the unit will be shut off.
- No more guests than those listed on your reservation are allowed. No other structures may be set up on the grounds of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on check-in day, or during their stay for identity verification.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No shoes can be worn inside the house to protect the bamboo floors.
- Guests are responsible for any fines, penalties, or consequences that result from the guest's actions or violations of the house rules.

Great location and nice space! Lots of fun restaurants and bars in walking distance. Hosts were easy to get in touch with and the space was clean. Would recommend!
