  • 4 ½ apartment is impeccably clean, comfortable and fully equipped (hair dryer, bedding, towels, dishes, etc.). It is located in a duplex from fin-de-siècle with a lot of modern upgrades. It is a mix of old and new with a lot of charrm and character. Tourists will find all the appliances and cookware one could need. 3 closed bedrooms (2 queen-sized bed, 1 double bed). One bathroom. TV with NETFLI in the living room and in the third room which is on the ground floor. Washer and dryer with iron. Private entrance. Smokers have access to 2 balconies to enjoy (access from the kitchen, the other from the master bedroom). The free parking in the street is easy and not crowded. Tourists are often able to park right in front of the building. The apartment is on the 2nd story of a 2 story building, so there is a small staircase to climb. Regarding the third bedroom on the ground floor, people allergic to animals will not be able to stay because my two (2) dear cats live exclusively on the ground floor. No pets allowed. No hidden fees : cleaning and taxes included in the rental price. Deposit : $ 300 CAD. All the tourists who have stayed at Le Bercy so far have given me 5 stars.

This stay was perfect for us! The apartment was warm, welcoming, and everything we needed was well-stocked. Laundry is in-suite, the kitchen comes with plenty of glassware, cutlery, etc, and the host is lovely.Definitely recommend!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay!

We've stayed in several different Vrbo rentals, and this was BY FAR the cleanest, most impressively organized, and charming place we've been! The neighborhood is great - very authentic and vibrant, and quite French. We were able to walk to great restaurants and bakeries and parks. Montreal is a great city to visit! Definitely go to the Botanical Gardens and the Old City.

Lovely place that is accurately described in the listing. My family of 4 enjoyed staying here, the neighborhood is great. Parking was a mild challenge but the host helped us understand the rules and was easy to contact. We would definitely stay here again. Any more than 5 would be a real challenge in the upstairs area.

Family getaway

We had a fantastic time in Montreal and the pinnacle of the stay was the lodgings. The apartment was fantastic! It had everything we needed. It was comfortable and relaxing to spend time there. Once we parked our car, we did not need it again. An easy walk to the grocery store, many restaurants & cafes and the metro. Maria was very easy to communicate with. We look forward to staying again.

Wonderful Montreal stay!

Great home base to explore Montreal

Loved the location and flexible floor plan for two adults and two teens. Convenient to Metro. Marie-Anne was prompt in communicating and took excellent care of us. We’d stay here again!

Grand visit to Montreal

Clean, comfortable apartment for 3 brothers. Nearby Metro station, bank to exchange US Dollars to CA Dollars, and a variety of restaurants. Host was very pleasant and accommodating.

City apartment

Very comfortable, clean and centrally located for city apartment living for a family of 5. Maria-Anne was amazing with her communication and detail. Alot of thought was put into creating a nice apartment environment. The place had all we needed to enjoy our time.

Best home away from home experience

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was fantastic. It was so close to the Metro, grocery store, and a fantastic bakery that was across the street from the Metro. The apartment was beautiful with the most amazing interior decorating. Everything there was high quality and well planned and thoughtful. The bathroom was stunning. I appreciated having a large amt of towels and a really nice washer and dryer. Everything was very clean. The host Marie-Anne was helpful and kind and always available. I will stay here on our next trip to Montreal and highly recommend this apartment.

Gite Le Bercy is the Golden Ticket!! The host gets the Golden Buzzer!! Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the subway and grocery store, IGA. This was our first time to Montreal, what a lovely city. The property was extremely clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment we arrived. Everything was just as described in the listing, and it was clear that the host takes great care of the space. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and communication with the host was quick and helpful. We really appreciated the attention to detail and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The PERFECT Place in Montreal

My friends and I came here for Montréal Pride and found this place to be quite perfect! The rooms were comfortable and clean, the outside spaces were relaxing, and the host is very friendly and easy to communicate with. It’s also very close to the metro so we were anywhere in the city within 10/15 mins. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. And a big grocery store is a block away! I highly recommend you stay here- we will definitely be returning!

Nice & quiet apartment

15mn by metro to city center, very quiet. Clean with all you need, even washer and dryer! We very much enjoyed our stay. Good to know, 1 bedroom is opened on the kitchen as it is the living room with a convertible sofa, would be nice to have a curtain to offer some privacy. The owner welcomes you and is attentive to your needs. Very nice place!

Amazing stay!

We had a lovely time in the apartment. Everything was clean and comfortable. The outdoor space was so nice. We cooked dinner on the grill one evening. Marie-Anne was great with communication and was very nice. The neighborhood was perfect. It was quiet, but close enough to plenty of things. There are good restaurants and parks very close by. I highly recommend staying here if you visit Montreal.

Location was great. House was wonderful. The only difficulty is one of the bedrooms is downstairs. My parents who are in their '70s definitely had difficulty with the stairs, and the downstairs bathroom is shared with the host. We did not want to intrude in her personal space

Perfect and convenient!

Marie-Anne was a fabulous host! She answered all of our questions and had great suggestions. The apartment is in a quiet, safe neighborhood that is convenient to the Metro, grocery and restaurants. Parking on the street was easy! We did not spend much time in the apartment, but it was perfect for getting a good night’s rest and grabbing breakfast before heading out to explore. The decor captured the qualities of Montreal.

A very kind and generous host

We had originally booked for 3 nights, but the extreme weather caused our travel to be delayed by 2 days - Marie-Anne very kindly offered for us to stay an extra night for free, which we really appreciated! Her accommodation is very warm and clean and has absolutely everything you could need - it was so handy to have a washing machine and dryer, as well as a full kitchen that was very well-eqipped. Being just a short walk from the train means everything is easily accessible. We highly recommend this lovely little house!

Seamless, Safe & Secure!

Close proximity to the Metro (public transit), grocery store, convenient store, fast-food restaurants and a public swimming pool. The owner has captured the essence of French Canadian culture with the decor and accessories. Tastefully decorated with high-end appliances in working order. The balcony off of the kitchen and the master bedroom provide a breath of fresh air. Overall an exception stay at Gite de Bercy. Incredible value (for money). Would revisit and highly recommend to fellow travellers!
