The villa is located in Montpellier, in the Garosud business park (very low price for this reason), Close to a motorway exit and located only 10 km from Palavas Rive Droite, 12 km from Villeneuve-lès-Maguelone, and 15 km from Carnon.

Detailed description:
Our villa is designed to offer maximum comfort and relaxation. The large, warm living room is equipped with a panoramic sofa, perfect for getting together with family or friends. A spacious table will allow you to share beautiful moments around delicious meals. The reading corner around the stove offers a cozy atmosphere, ideal for quiet evenings.

The semi-open kitchen, friendly and fully equipped, opens onto a terrace with a teak table. The master suite has its own shower room and toilet, ensuring total privacy. An additional bedroom and a dormitory for up to 6 people (ideal for children/teenagers) complete the sleeping arrangements in the villa.

The T3 apartment offers two additional bedrooms, each of which can accommodate 2 people, as well as a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, thus accommodating 15 people in total (maximum allowed as we are not an "Establishment Receiving the Public".

The high-end services in the villa include ducted air conditioning with individual control in each room, underfloor heating in the bathrooms for optimal comfort, and a 5.1 sound system in the living room for movie or music nights. Finally, relax in the large whirlpool bath with its soothing lights.
The T3 has its reversible air conditioning powerful enough for the whole apartment.
