"I wasn’t thrilled to find that the bathroom window wasn’t shut all the way when we arrived - it seemed to have been propped open by a stretch of toilet paper, strategically placed to where the window wouldn’t lock. If I weren’t neurotic about securing my hotel rooms, I wouldn’t have even noticed. Room was clean enough, although dated. The AC worked well. The bed was super uncomfortable (old spring mattress) and I ended up taking the comforter off entirely because it was scratchy and...

"Unique and beautiful view of creek from historic property. Decor adds to the charm. Confusing check in process, did not receive instructions owner supposed to have texted or emailed. Two different starting hours for breakfast posted (7 am vs. 8 am) so I didn't get breakfast. Bed uncomfortable, unfortunately. Take care with step down inside room and two flights of stairs outside to get to room. "

"Cute place, walking distance to downtown. Clean, comfortable, microwave, fridge, mr coffee maker and full size mirror. The shower had great water pressure, however it did not drain well, so standing in a few inches of water while showering plus the body wash in the dispenser provided was completely empty. The lobby had a Kuerig coffee maker I was looking forward to using but even at 9:30 am the lobby was locked, couldn’t use. It was a fair value for the amount we paid. "

"The room was nice but only had a space heater so it was pretty cold with snow still on thr ground...had a wall unit for a/c took about 15 20 mins for hot water in the shower an the floor was all tile so twice as cold ... had to buy some towels an a blanket . would i stay there again probably not , had some people fighting at like 1 am so that woke me up too, parking lot pretty small an no assigned parking had to park pretty far away from my room couldn't keep an eye on my car but it was alright "

"Great location. If you don’t have any walking limitations the Outside Inn is in walkable distance to the charming Historical Downtown area with cute shops and restaurants. We stayed in the Rock Climbing Suite, which felt like a cozy little cabin and very clean. It also had a rock climbing wall in the room, which I wasn’t expecting. The heater in the room may be a little louder than some people are used to but we had no issues with it. The front desk person was very nice when I spoke to her...

"Keep driving! The cottage is a complete dump #23. There was one wooden chair and one upholstered chair both looked like they were recovered from the landfill. Previous guests food wrappers were on the floor. Shelving and a TV mount were torn off the walls and nails and screws were sticking out 2 in. Molding and framing were half torn off the walls. There were no chairs around the table. The bathroom light fixture didn't work and was hanging. When complaining to the front desk they said they were...

"The room was somewhat clean but there was a set of mattresses in front of the room, dirty and very old with stains. The blinds were so dirty and damaged which provided me with no privacy—i took pics— I had no choice then to check out within less than 2 hours and still get charged for 1 night stay. I booked 2 nights. But never again. As I was driving out, I realized that the only car in the parking lot was mine lol. Omg I never had gone to something so bad. I travel for work. "
