Numerous hiking trails are available to you, go mushroom picking in autumn, or even stroll by bike on the towpaths. The cottage has the Accueil Vélo (Bicycle Welcome) label (necessary for storing bikes, repairs, leaflet on bike routes.) Destination Saône Valley: discover the towpaths, river tourism and marinas. Visit the Passavant la Rochère glassworks, the Gallo-Roman site of Jonvelle. 40 minutes away, Vesoul, and its historic center, the Ludolac water park, the Georges Garret museum. Bourbonne-Les-Bains thermal baths are 30 minutes away. Les Gîtes de Cherlieu comprises two large, characterful houses located in a peaceful natural setting, ideal for stays with family or friends. These accommodations combine modern comfort with authentic charm.

The first gîte [ H70G014341 ], with its warm and rustic ambiance, can accommodate up to 8 people. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a pellet stove, three spacious bedrooms (1 bedroom for 4 people (2 single beds and 1 queen-size bed), 1 bedroom for 2 people (1 single bed and 1 single bed), and 1 bedroom for 2 people (1 queen-size bed)), two shower rooms/WCs, and a garden with a covered shed, barbecue, and outdoor furniture. Heating is included (1 bag of pellets per day), and access to the owners' swimming pool is available in summer. This building adjoins a barn where you can enjoy a peaceful feast during the summer months.

The second gîte [ H70G002849 ], housed in a former forester's house, offers refined comfort for 6 to 8 people. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms/toilets, a mezzanine living area with extra beds (1 single sofa bed (90/190 cm) and a trundle bed (90/190 cm), two comfortable bedrooms (1 bedroom (1 bed (160/190 cm), 1 bedroom (2 beds (140/190 cm)), as well as a garden with a terrace and orchard. Wood-fired central heating and linens are included.

Apart from us, you will be the only ones in the hamlet, so you may be a little noisy at any time.
We will be happy to provide you with good advice, if you wish, on walks and activities during your stay. *On-site activities: large lawn for outdoor games.
A bonus: the cabin at the bottom of the garden in the undergrowth.
*The barn is open from May to September. From October to April, the large living room of the second apartment is equipped as a dining room, with tables, dishes, and chairs for 30 people.
